I had no problems with passing our township inspection. Highly recommend. Very easy to deal with."

"Short version: Professionalism, competency, and integrity is what you can expect from RJK. When our AC stopped working, another company came out to investigate and we were quoted an outrageous temporary repair cost and were advised to replace the whole system. We called RJK and they called back almost immediately. Upon arriving, they advised that a whole system replacement would be unnecessary for starters. But before even doing that, they wanted to have their techs double check that the system was truly in need of any replacement. Turns out the fix was straightforward and within 30 minutes the system was repaired at a fraction of the cost of the original contractor's quoted repair cost and definitely cheaper than a whole new system."

When I told Tom I was told the boiler could not be repaired, he insisted on seeing it for his own evaluation. He came in on a weekend and fixed it for a completely reasonable and affordable price, saving us over $15,000! Instead was sent a 10% interest loan application after install. Communication was lacking and was brushed off numerous times. Took 4 months for AC to finally get installed at the end of august (where it will now be dormant for 3 seasons). Holes in the wall and feiling that I had to request be fixed and a handyman was sent who did a botched job. Really terrible experience and overpayed for the opportunity to have 0 interest repayment on utility bill which was not even granted. Now paying back over 10k in interest on an already jacked up price."
