They noticed things that needed to be done but politely suggested they were not immediate and could be considered in the future. They were fair with the negotiation on price. Work was promptly conducted the day I accepted the estimate - WOW! While I was not home while the work was completed, everything was done to my satisfaction and the entire scope of work was completed to my satisfaction. The Angie's List deal was such a good price I couldn't pass it up. Friendly Tree Service is the best. They are punctual, professional, and extremely courteous.
