Showed up on time and cleaned up everything.

Great service. Very responsive appointment was scheduled within 1 weeks of my initial inquiry. Trimmed exactly what I needed done, quick and great clean up.

Friendly Tree is the most knowledgeable company we have ever worked with. John is amazing; his extensive knowledge of all the trees on my property and their growth patterns was impressive. The first time we used them, he told me exactly what they were going to do and what the net result would be going forward for the tree. The tree then did exactly that over the next two years...Second to none.

Everything was so great - from meeting John for the estimate to the crew that showed up to trim our tree. The crew was in and out in about 2 hours and left our patio/backyard cleaner than when they came. They took off quite a few large branches that were hanging over our house, but made sure to keep the tree looking healthy.

John came out to the house to do the estimate and was able to provide expert advice that took into account both the aesthetics of the yard and concerns about the health of the trees. The crew who followed up to do the work executed the plan perfectly and communicated with me throughout the job. Highly recommended!

Great company. Always good work. I add new work every time they come because they have great ideas to make the property look great.

They called me back, came and gave me estimate. Explained why the price was that high. On the way off, the crew showed up, they went to work , removed the tree and cleaned up the entire mess.

They did an excellent job. The owner, John, came out soon after I called for the estimate. He is thorough, professional and answered all my questions. John is very responsive. The crew were all nice and cleaned up the yard very well. I would definitely have them back for more work.

Lots of hiccups with scheduling: apparently, I chose the rainiest messiest week. After getting permits for spots (time consuming and costly!), Friendly cancelled due to weather. After 2 more reschedules, they came showed up, did an awesome job. Was so pleased by Ray's professionalism. True class act. Tree was pruned expertly to property line, and even when my neighbor called police (what?!!), Ray came back & gave 100% support while I (the homeowner) cleared up any concerns w/police. So pleased with Friendly. These guys are awesome.

The Friendly tree crew was great. Ray, Pedro and Dilton (I believe was his name) were efficient, very careful, and listened very well to my wishes, but also offered helpful suggestions on the trimmings. John who came out to assess the project - very clearly knows trees. The crew cleaned-up everything very well. Could not be more pleased. Will definitely use them again.

Very Well..clarification. The employees arrived within a reasonable time frame. They discussed all work in insure accuracy.. They cut the tree down the first day and made arrangements for the grinder to arrive the next day.. The tree root was ground the next day as promised. I mailed a check! .. All is well .

Fine. Called them to come back and clean up some debris that was left. They came back the next day and followed up.

Good except for scheduling. Did part of the job and then did not return or let us know when they would return. I had to contact them and demand the job be completed.

They came when they said they were coming. They were professional.

It went very well. Julio climbed the trees,made his precise cuts and then lowered the limbs and branches to his crew below. He then climbed from the ground to the top of my porch to blow the debris from the roof ( no ladder!) It was a pleasure to watch. Fascinating ! They also did a thorough clean up

They were fantastic. They were great. They did an amazing job. They were careful to not drop the tree on my neighbor's house. They workers were all very well, cleaned up everything, very friendly, very polite, and very good about answering questions. I even took video and pictures of them taking down the tree.

The tree was removed and some trees were trimmed. They left a the grindings on property and destroyed a 100 year old gate. Workers claimed they did not knock down gate but it was tied up using company rope.

The workers came on time and finished in the time quoted. Cost a little more than other services, but they seemed to know more about the local trees. Also, the gentleman who came to the house f the quote was a licensed arborist.
