Service was fine. Cleanup wasn't fully completed due to full truck.

All three times I engaged Friendly Tree service, pricing, and punctuality were all top drawer. I would highly recommend them again, residential or commercial.

The guy who came over was very knowledgeable and very courteous. That is some of our requirements to make a decision of using a company. The workers were courteous and we communicated with them to ensure a smooth job. They cleaned up and did a good job.

Friendly's representative gave us a great estimate with various options (including removal of one very large tree, which we deferred until spring). He was very knowledgeable and saw a lot of issues we did not see. We would definitely recommend Friendly to anyone and expect to ask it back next year.

Perfectly! I was especially impressed with the care they took to notice and carefully remove dead branches in various trees. Removal of the plum tree and large overhanging branch were completed without a hitch.

After thorough online research, I contacted this company for an estimate because it was inundated with positive reviews. I hired them and was not disappointed. They are responsive, friendly, attentive to your needs, arrive timely as agreed, & work hard to ensure customer satisfaction. They are definitely skilled workers. Upon completion, all debris was removed and the appearance of my property has improved.

Great - they were fast to get out for an estimate and even quicker to get out to do the root work. Mulch was good as well. Have used friendly tree several times in the past and they continue to be excellent.

The tree trimming was well done. The man was friendly when he came for the free estimate, knowledgeable. They cleaned up afterword. MY ONLY COMPLAINT is that the workmen broke off the corner of one of my patio tables (I guess a tree limb fell on it) and never told me. I only noticed it when I had a BBQ last weekend, and now it's too late to complain.
