On numerous occasions, when I couldn't figure out how to do something on my Windows or Apple computer, I called Dickson and he solved my problem.

Description of Work: When I needed a new computer, Dickson helped me secure a laptop and then helped me transfer everything from my old computer and then set up my new computer to suit my needs.

Description of Work: Help with my laptop computer. Setting it up and adding a printer. He also helped with problems with my mobile hot spot. He is very polite, professional and knowledgeable.
