We had a leak back in February and I called these guys and left a message. Didn't hear back for a week, then get a call saying they'll come by following week to look at it. The young guy that came was a really nice guy and I had high hopes. He tried to access the roof from the inside but couldn't so he said he would come back during the week with a ladder and go from outside. I called that Monday again no response. Get a call the next day and the lady said she'll talk to the guy and they'll call back with time. I specifically asked "Should I call back?" and she said "no we'll get back to you once we know his schedule, within the next couple of days." 2 weeks pass no call back. I called and left two voicemails and never heard back. Now it's MAY and they still haven't even checked in. Terrible way to do business. I'd rather have someone just call and say sorry we can't do it, rather than completely blow people off. Don't waste your time.

I used them a year ago. That was at least $700. They have great customer service, tell them to show up, explain everything very thoroughly in terms of what was needed to be done, and how they are going back in here. They were very prompt with setting up the actual service from the estimate until they completed the job. So, overall, I was very satisfied with any if I needed then again. I did not have any problems with them and they actually provided a follow up of any pictures of things that they fixed before and after for my records which is great. That was a good experience.

On time. Efficient. Had to wait for permit but that's normal in the historic district in JC. Professional job. I had used them before and will use them again. Left everything nice and clean. Price is comparable with others.

Wasting time, delaying things for us.

They were very fast, and their price was good. There were no changes after they gave me the initial quote, and the work they did was fine. I would recommend them.

I now have water coming into my house. Never did before they showed up.Chimney leaks destroyed two ceilings, twice the repair doesn't match.I still have water coming in, and they've threatened to void my roof warranty if I have someone else try to stop the leaks.Stay away they are either incompetent or crooke

They were professional and I plan on using them.

They were very prompt, good and courteous. They came when they said they were going to come. They were very nice and professional. Other providers who came wanted to put on a new roof. My house was only eleven years old. Capitol Roofing said it did not need a new roof. They were good in terms of quality. I would use their services again in the future.

As far as I can tell it's gone well. I haven't had any problems since their service with leaks.

They were on time. Their crew was very professional and they kept the work area neat and free of extra debris throughout the process.

Started out promising but very disappointed.... I called them sometime in Januray due to a leak in my roof. They promptly came out and exlained to me what the issue was and left some product literature. Although the work could not be preformed until it got warmer (above freezing), I asked that a price be sent over so I could get an idea of what the cost was. I waited about 2 weeks and didn't receive anything. I then called and was told that the they remembered me and someone would get back to me. No one did. I waited again and called back in early March, since it was warming up, I was anxious to get the work done and hoped to get a price quicker this time since it could now be scheduled. I was told again that they remembered me and someone would get back to me no later than the next day. This was in March and I'm still waiting...... If they were not interested or too busy to do the work, they should have just stated so in instead of making promises that were not kept.

They did a good job. We just moved here recently. They were fine and very nice. They got the job done and were punctual. We haven't discovered any problems yet. The quality was very good.

They were the only roofer to go up on the roof and inspect the job before they gave us an estimate.

Family run operation with very good customer service, professionally prepared estimate and price quoted was final price. The price was less than a local roofer quoted and included a gutter installation. Professionally installed all materials and complete clean up of the site. The roofers took the time to properly cover ground plants and move flower pots. I would recommend and use this company again. A+++ rating

THIS COMPANY IS VERY RESPECTABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY. THEY ARE LOVELY PEOPLE TO HAVE WORK FOR YOU. THE PRICE WAS FAIR. THEY CLEANED EVERYTHING UP WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED, WHICH I LIKED.

THEY WERE GREAT. I DIDN'T EVEN REALIZE THEY WERE AT MY HOUSE DOING THE WORK. THEY TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING. I DIDN'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ANYTHING. THEY WORKED VERY QUICKLY AND GAVE ME A FAIR PRICE.
