 + -1 moreTerrible - did a 15 min visual walk through and charged $900 for inaccurate findings. Failed to find mold and wanted $2000 more for a cleaning with a HEPA vacuum. Got another company for second opinion who found black mold in the spots he had missed. Asked for a refund, got ghosted.

Description of Work: He was hired to perform some basic handyman tasks such as grouting a shower and replacing a broken faucet.
