+ -1 moreIgnitor broke on furnace. Had no heat and we had just finished a week long snow storm. As per usual, Public Service Electric and Gas "Worry Free" told me I'd have to wait over 12 hours for service. I like to support local vendors. Called this company; they called back in less than one hour, gave me their rates and arrived in 20 minutes. Does charge time and 1/2 for night time or weekends, this was both. We used this vendor before 5 years ago, same experience. "Steve" was quick, neat, polite.
Description of Work: Diagnosed problem, replaced a broken ceramic ignitor in furnace. Came on a Saturday night. Did charge time and 1/2. Rates given before arrival.
