Jim was very responsive from my first request for an estimate back in June until I decided to go ahead with the work in August. Jim came to look at the driveway again when I called him in August. He scheduled the work for the following week. Jim and his crew arrived on time and went right to work. They tore out the old driveway and then they dug to put in a drain and a dry well. Once they were in place, they put in new asphalt. The new driveway looks great. They had started at 8 AM and finished up around 1PM. My neighbors have even commented about how hard the men worked and that they all seemed to know exactly what to do. I would definitely recommend All American Driveways!

He gave me a quote. It wasn't that long of a driveway. He told me that my tree roots were the culprit of the problem. He said he would remove one tree root to make sure it wouldn't happen again and it wouldn't hurt the tree. His crew was here when he said they would be and he charged what he said he would charge. It was fantastic and exactly what I wanted. He was very professional which is exactly what I wanted. He told me exactly what he was going to do and exactly what I should be prepared for and look for. He told me not to drive on it for a week so I didn't do that. I had to go to the town to do the permit request. I had to wait a couple of weeks for the permit to come through. I am on the border of two towns and both towns had to look at what I was doing with my driveway but that had nothing to do with him. He wasn’t the cheapest but I was looking for value. I would recommend him and I would use him again.

I think they did a good job, but we will have to see in time. The only issue was that he had an "I am an expert" kind of attitude and disregarded my questions.

They cam in and in two days completed the job. We were very pleasantly surprised.

Explained in detail needed job, contractor/owner got town permit, entire job was supervised by owner, was very impressed by coordination, cleanliness and expertise of work. Received 3 quotes from Angie's list, they were about 10% cheaper than next highly recommended contractor whose work I've seen.

Work performed as promised. All prior driveway was removed, as was broken sidewalk. New driveway and sidewalk were installed as promised. Only hitch in work was some wrangling with Ridgewood over permits, which got sorted out and slightly delayed the work. After the permits were sorted out, all went well.

My driveway needed to be repaved so I called All American for an estimate. Jim came out and gave me a very competitive rate compared to other companies. I decided to go with All American. When I made my decision, I gave Jim a call that I was ready for the job and I would be available for 2 weeks. Jim came back several days later and indicated that an issue had come up and he would be able to schedule something later. I agreed and then later called him on the pre-arranged date. He did not get back to me until 3 days after that. During that time I called up several other companies for more estimates thinking I may go with another company. On the third day, Jim came back and told me he could do the job immediately as soon as I have the work permit. At that point all the other contractors said they did not have availability for at least 2 weeks. So I decided to go ahead and get the permit (others had said they could take care of it). (Not a big deal for me since I had the survey and my town office was close by.) Jim came by at 7am and brought his crew of 3 with him. The job was done in a matter of hours. They came in at 7am and left at noon. They did a great job. The driveway pitches in the right direction and looks flawless. The crew cleaned up after themselves and kept a clean job site. Other than the hiccup in communications, I am happy with the result.

We couldn't be more pleased. from a professional estimate to an excellent driveway construction, the service was both very competitive on price and exactly what we hoped for in terms of speed and quality of the finished driveway. I would recommend All American without reservation.

It looks beautiful, and during the recent heavy rain, there was no longer leakage into our basement. Also, this company gave us the best price of three estimates for the job. They were professional, and all work was done on the dates promised, and exactly as agreed upon.. They left our property nice and clean. Aside from the work itself, anytime I called to ask a question, the owner called me back promptly after receiving my message.

They were very fast - job done in one day. This is in contrast to a neighbor's job, where they were told it had to "settle" for weeks. All American said that our driveway was old and that was not necessary. This was very convenient. I hope it was the right way to do it and that I will not regret this method in years to come.

All American Driveways and Paving never got back in touch with us regarding the project. I am assuming the job is too small and they prefer to handle larger jobs.

He measured and described what he was going to do. He had a nice brochure explaining almost everything. He seemed fine to me. I'm still researching company. For now, he's the lowest bidder.

The lowest price compared to other driveway asphalt service providers. I would highly recommend them to others.

The job was very well done. They did a little more than what we had originally talked about. I was pleased with their work.

Pretty smooth. They could not make the original scheduled date, but rescheduled and the job was completed without a hitch.

They have done a very good job in tearing up the old driveway and they hauled away the old concrete. I would use these people again because of their work and price.

I felt I got a good price on the work this company did for me. I like having a wider driveway. It gives me more room to park and things of this nature. They were very precise about the work they did for me and cleaned up after themselves as I recall, quite nicely.

It went great. Jim is nothing but a professional and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend him.

Very simple. We got an estimates from a few firms that were competitive. However, we found out that All American did one of our neighbor's driveway, so we knew they did good work. They finished the work in four days with a crew of four. The foreman was excellent. The highway grade stones were a bonus we hadn't expected.

THEY WERE A VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. THIS COMPANY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES WELL AND I THOUGHT THAT THEY DID A GOOD QUALITY JOB. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
