Very Well

It went pretty good. He was a little late. He told us he'd come in the morning, but he didn't come until 3 p.m. It would've been okay had he called. Otherwise, the work was good.

the plumber was right on time and held to the estimate given to us. He worked quickly and professionally. We gave him a check with a bad year. Subsequently we paid his bank fee ($19.00) for this. He returned this check saying that the bank made no charge for the error. We plan on using him again and again on variousl remodeling projects. Competence, courtesy and reasonable rates are why.

William Archer and Sons was very professional at every point, from the initial call and appointment setting, through the repairs. They were very flexible in scheduling for me, a first time customer. When John arrived within 20 minutes of the scheduled time (which is great for any service provider), he was very professional, confirmed the needed repair, and completed it quickly with no mess or add-ons. He asked if he could place stickers on my water heater and the drain pipe under my sink so it would be easier to remember who to call if either needed repair. Since I'll gladly use them again, I said no problem. Granted this was a small repair, but that leak cost me more in water bills in 6 months, than the repair cost.

THE WORKER GOT TO MY HOUSE IN UNDER 30 MINS. ASSESSED THE SITUATION - UNDID MY "HOUSE TRAP" WHATEVER THAT IS AND SNAKED THAT BAD BOY AND GURGLE GURGLE GURGLE ALL WAS WELL. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE AVERAGE COST IS - BUT $200 WAS WELL WORTH IT FOR THE MADNESS TO STOP - HE WAS VERY POLITE - HE "MA'AM'ED" ME TO DEATH - BUT THAT'S FINE - VERY QUICK VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, JOB DONE WELL. SUGGESTED TO CLEAN HOUSE TRAPS EVERY 2 YEARS JUST IN CASE.

One of the son's came. He came the same afternoon that I called and fixed it! I was working when he arrived, and he was discrete and did the job with no problems. Another company I called couldn't come out for a couple of weeks! I would give them 5 stars for overall service!

We were all dressed up and ready to head to a party and found the hot water heater flooding our basement. We called Archer and they came out right away and took care of the problem. They were prompt and very efficient but pricey.

He does excellent work!

Archer Plumbing was very polite on the phone when I called. offered me the option to come over at my earliest convenience, so I asked today and they said sure. I was given a time window of which they arrived within calling 20 minutes before arrival. Plumber was polite courteous and knowledgeable. Work was completed timely and professionally. They charged exactly what the written estimate was prior to work performed.

I was very impressed and pleased with William Archer and Sons. Phone call was received 30-45 minutes prior to arrival. Individual was very professional with his work task at hand. After work was completed and cleanup was done, I asked his opinion on a water boiler which had some rust on the top casing due to previous owner (air conditioner condenser on top of boiler). He explained in detail how water boiler was well protected with different layers of protection. Obviously, this gives me peace of mind on the boiler. The pricing of job performed did not concern me, it is not worth nickel and diming for services from an unknown company. I'd rather pay a premium for a great company with great employees and services.

They were on time, polite, and responded well to my concerns after the repair. I thought the problem still existed, but they told me it was fixed and how I could check it. And they were right!

THEY ARE VERY PUNCTUAL AND SHOW UP READY TO WORK. THE WORK IS VERY EFFICIENT. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

I CALLED THIS COMPANY AND THEY CAME RIGHT OUT AND CHECKED THE FAUCET AND REPLACED THE SEALS. I DID NOT HAVE A WRITTEN ESTIMATE-JUST A VERBAL ONE. THEY WERE VERY GOOD AND CAME RECOMMENDED FROM FRIENDS.

I FEEL THAT THE LOCATION OF THIS COMPANY IS CONVENIENT FOR US. I REALIZE THAT PLUMBERS ARE EXPENSIVE, BUT WHEN YOU ONLY HAVE ONE BATHROOM YOU TRY TO HAVE IT FIXED RIGHT AWAY. THIS COMPANY IS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND DOES GOOD WORK.
