VIVID CLEANING SERVICES

This review is in two parts: The crew of workers cleaned my whole house. But left many places undone. They didn't finish the job in the time they said they would, then the "boss" asked for more money. $50 more! Also the owner tried to clean my carpets with a "residential type carpet cleaner," when the job called for a more powerful carpet cleaner. The "second boss" who cleaned the carpet, also threw the dirty water, sludge, and thick carpet fibers down my KITCHEN SINK DRAIN! It was disgusting! And I knew from experience that other top companies didn't do that. After they left, I found out that one of the crew members threw away TWO of my ceiling fans remote controls away. I contacted the owner asap about my loss. I spoke to him cordially and asked if he could replace the remote controls, cause I CAN NOT use the fans without them. He didn't care. He kept talking in circles and would not replace the remotes. after repeated calls,I told him if he would at least replace just ONE of the remote controls then I will not concern myself with the 2nd lost remote. But this fair suggestion did not not move us to a final solution. In other words he wasn't going to "do the right thing" and replace the two remote controls HIS workers threw away. I would not ever use this company again. Nor would I refer them either. Hacks indeed...
