I have used LW Construction before on a couple of occasions for roof repairs after what seem like more frequent damaging storms hitting our region. Les has always been very responsive, flexible, and easy to deal with. In this case I called Les to take care of some roofing repairs after Hurricane Sandy struck. I was afraid my roof would be vulnerable to leakage after finding a significant number of shingles from the roof and particularly the hip joint missing. I also noticed that a decorative fascia board was missing above the front door. With all the widespread storm damage I was concerned it would take Les quite some time to get to me, but I was pleasantly surprised he was able to take care of us the Saturday following the storm. I thought the price was fair under the circumstances and everything seemed to be fixed well, including the fascia board which matches the one on the opposite side perfectly. This is the third time I have used LW Construction and I have been satisfied each time, particularly with the responsiveness. I will certainly use them again.

contacted him, he came out and gave a estimate. the estimate received was considered to be fair and within my budget so I awarded the contract. the work performed was very professional, neat and as quoted. I did not have any problems during or after the work performed.This contractor is true to his word and I highly recommend his services.

Called and left message on Friday, September 2nd, and got zero response - not even a call back.

Came to house and gave and estimate, was supposed to call back in 2 days, never called back never returned any calls, Used another roofer.

Very prompt response to our phone call, followed by a quick estimate. The work was done quickly and effectively, recognizing that more rain was forecast in the next couple of days. We appreciated that we didn't have to be home when the work was done so it was not necessary to take off time from work. So far no leaks!

He was very reasonable. He did a first class job. He did my gutters too, he had to take the permanent one and put up the new one. He showed up on time everyday. When he said he is not going to come he brought his workers. They finished the work in time, but he called and told me the reason. He finished the work in a week or two because of the rain delay. He said he has been doing this work for thirty years now. I don't have any complaints about him. The quality is very good because he used very good materials.
