Description of Work: I was distraught already because I just had just discovered yesterday morning a water leak in my laundry room ceiling from the shower in the bathroom above & a only a few hours earlier the plumber( who came promptly the very same day) had made a big hole in my laundry room ceiling to replace some old, leaky copper pipes, when my neighbors @ 6pm frantically called me that I NOW had a water leak outside running down my whole street and they helped me figure out that is was a DIFFERENT leak and was from the sprinklers. I immediately left a message on my the voice mail of the sprinker company that I have used for almost ten years. Right after 9am the very next morning ,I again phoned them and they apparently had a new secretary who was unbelievably rude and nasty and unsympathetic and told me to cut off my water because they could not fix the problem for 5 days, presumably due to the impending Labor Day weekend holiday. Her boss then, to my utter astonishment ,promptly condoned her treatment of both me & my very disconcerting problem, which I found unacceptable. Then I called Eco Systems and a very cordial, sympathetic, and efficient young lady named Heather undertood my situation and treated me with the utmost courtesy and respect and said she'd have a technician there in @ 5 hours. I have been a physician for @ 35 years, and when called by either a hospital or patient with a SERIOUS and not a routine concern, I see that patient right away and not sometime the following week. The very friendly, proficient, and competent technician Jim arrived even earlier than the promised time and promptly diagnosed and treated my problem and also gave me some very helpful advice in general for my sprinkler system. He replaced 4 broken sprinkler heads and reset the system (out of whack due to a power outage) for the most reasonable cost of $315.00 in total, as I have a system that's @ 22 years old. In any event, I highly recommend the ECO Systems Irrigation Company with enthusiasm and without reservation for their promptness, excellent work quality, and courtesy and understanding and, above all, the helpful, attitude of their employees. When one has an alarming and upsetting problem ,it's how and when it's dealt with by the company that either encourages or discourages company loyalty. I am so disgusted with the behavior of my now previoius sprinkler service, that I plan to immediately switch to Eco Irrigation Systems for my biannual maintenance and any future lawn irrigation needs.
