EcoSystems Custom Lawn Sprinklers

Ecosystems managed the whole permit process very smoothly and there was very little project management required from my side. After installation, my smart controller was not connecting with the weather station. Ecosystems provided multiple visits to fix the issue at no charge. The truly stand by with the quality of their work.

Above and beyond my expectations both quality and price.

Ecosystems did an excellent job. They are very responsive to questions, to any minor damage and they keep you informed every step of the way. I found their price in line with one given to me by a a much smaller company. Their heads retract into the ground after watering, this doesn't happen with some company"s installations I've seen. There are some recommendations I would give more to homeowners than their office. Walk over your yard, check for any tree damage afterwards. Don't forget to mark electrical lines that you put in yourself especially without a permit, because they don't show on your property plan (such as a post light done over 30 years ago). Definitely, tell them to call you to observe outside as each zone is turned on after initial installation, BEFORE they leave, so adjustments can be made during the installation. You know where your lawn always dries out, so tell them when they first diagram the location of the heads where extra water will be needed. Write down, for extra reference, how to increase the time on a zone in case needed as the summer progresses.

They did a good job. Office people were pleasant. Installers were not too pleasant. But I thought it was very expensive.

Had an irrigation system installed and couldnt be happier with how the whole process went. We were impressed with the design layout provided. They reviewed the entire property with us and explained exactly how everything would be done according to what we needed. Very professional, courteous and you could hardly tell anyone was there working on the lawn at the end of it all.

My husband was annoyed about it. They came and it turned out to be there was nothing really wrong. They were trying to get you to buy more stuff from them. I've used them for years.

I left a message through the Angies List website and no response. I called 2 times and no answer. Finally left a message to call me as I was looking for an estimate for new irrigation system for entire property. No response. Hired someone else.

Since day one whenever the wind blows, portions of the fence panels fall down. ?EcoSystems came the first time and fixed it, the next time they came and were insisting on charging me. ?After a debate they did not charge and came back and fixed it. The next time I called, they said they are no longer in the fence business and too bad they are not responsible, yet the company still remains in business. Now every time the wind blows I am responsible for fixing their faulty work and product, and they get away with doing nothing.

Everything was as I had hoped for.

It worked out fine. I am using them in the future.

process was very smooth. Consultant came on time and was well equipped with his tools. There was a small issue with the sprinkler control system where the fuse and connection was down for some reason. Consultant took time to see the issue, planned a back-up and completed the process to satisfaction. Happy with the service

When I called they are very pleasant. Very prompt in showing up for appointment. Sketched design out beautifully. Did not bother having any other service provider come take a look. They showed up to work on the hottest day of the year. Get all the sprinkler heads installed and lines. Worked within the needs of my spouse for his garden. Cleaned up thoroughly afterwards, you hardly noticed they were even here except for the sprinklers they installed. I refer them to friends without hesitation.

We had some broken heads and it took them 10 days to finally come. They are not local so they route their technicians according to job by town. If they are full that day then you hare moved to the following week. We were the last appointment the first time they tried to come but the technician ran late and it was already after hours so we were rescheduled to the following week. When they did come ( a week later) they just changed the heads and didn't do a through check of the system for spots that were not receiving water. While they were here, I asked for a quote to convert some heads in a flower bed to drip irrigation and they wanted me to overhaul our entire system. I asked for a second opinion from a sprinkler company my neighbors use, he came that evening at 8 pm to give me a quote. When I had a broken (hose) spigot, he came the following day. Ecosystems is not as responsive as Id like.

Initially scheduled the spring start-up of my lawn irrigation system which was done satisfactory. The technician provided some irrigation recommendations as well as provided some feedback on some of my concerns with the current system. However, I needed to schedule an appointment with an estimator to come to my property and properly evaluate the project. It's been 3 weeks since my initial contact with the service provider, with daily phone calls trying to schedule an appointment with an estimator. Last week I finally got a hold of someone that was able to schedule an appointment. The appointment was scheduled for Friday evening. I left early from work in order to make this appointment on time. The estimator never showed up and I have yet received a phone call from this service provider about the appointment that was missed. I called yesterday to follow-up, and yet again no return phone. The office is unprofessional and disorganize. They do not return phone calls or answer their phones.

Great. He got there around 230pm,earlier than the 4-7pm window. I couldn't make it home from work early so I called my credit card info in and he was able to give me a quote before performing the work. When I arrived home everything was fixed.

The technician can't find the blow out pipe, he blow out the water thought my whole house water systems. I will never used this company again.

Provider who wanted to do repairs, could not tell me what the warrantee was for the sprinkler heads they were installing, they provided bad first start up, and I had to call them back again to do the start up again. The person they sent out was unprofessional and I did not feel like they were honest based upon the things they were saying. They kept saying, "well because sprinklers are a luxury, your going to pay to get them repaired." I absolutely hated that. My first thought was that I need to get another estimate! On the second start up, they gave me a completely different analysis of what had to be repaired, but at least they were thorough and gave me a price for repair. I did not have them do the repairs yet, because, I did not feel comfortable about there fees, They seemed high. Sprinkler heads are under $10 online, and they wanted $50, plus labor. I am almost thinking I can do this myself.

We did not use them but they were very close second for our consideration. We really liked them.

They were very professional. They gave me the pamphlet, and we went over the back yard and he drew the plan for me right away. We sat down and he went over a detailed plan that he wanted to do, like how many zones, how many sprinkler heads, the box and everything. He went over the services he provides, such as the size of the sprinklers. It was pretty impressive.

Very professional and prompt. They completed the task quickly and efficiently... would definitely use them again.

This overall went very well. They showed up on time and did all work with no issues!

Scheduling was fine. They came out on time to the appointment. There were no additional costs beyond the price of the deal. They did a good job.

It was excellent. It was very good. I am probably going to use them again. Not only did they winterize they came and explained something that was broken but I did not know they were broken.
