Considered four estimates all together.. Brian came out to meet us back in Feb for an estimate and I initially didn't think we would move forward because he didn't seem to ask that many questions and seemed a little distant. We realized later that was his style, he was focused, and didn't need to. During the second meeting, he was more open and inviting. His presentation was very thorough and helped us to understand the materials used and craftsmanship. We then decided to move forward based on this and reviews from other Angie's list customers. He and his office staff are very professional, responsive and flexible. There was a minor delay with scheduling the plumbing work and a little issue with the timing of install but mishaps can happen. They were still able to complete the work the same day as scheduled and it didn't take that much time once on it. Our lawn looked as if no machines had ever touched it. They also send you a layout for your records in case you sell in the future or do additional work. Overall, a pleasure to work with.

e.Received estimate Saturday AM. Target date two weeks later, Due to heavy winds impeding other projects. they calldd to push back one day, and promptly showed up. Minor discrepancy re property line, immediately corrected in a fashion much better than expected. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the result

Took 2 hours and was a good experience.

I hired them from Angie’s list. I went with them because they were professional and because of the amount of time they spent while giving the quote. They also had positive feedback on Angie’s list and other sites. They came with a good presentation. What they gave us was hard paper work about what they told us and what they will be doing. They told exactly what they are going to do and what they are going to use. They showed up when they said they were going to. So far they have been what other Angie’s list members have said.

Brian came out and personally spoke with us about the best solutions to the problems we were experiencing. He spent a lot of time going oveer all of our options and showing us the best value for our money. The work was done when it was scheduled. The crew was professional and polite.

Used EcoSystems for the second time for a fence. We recently completed a new pool for our backyard. They have installed a fence for us in the past and we use them for Irrigation and snow removal in the winter. Second time went as smooth as the first. We put an aluminum fence around the pool this time to keep our little ones away from the new pool. They worked with us over a two month period until we finalized the design and the pool changed a few times.We ended up with exactly what we wanted. The process of putting the pool in was a little stressful, but EcoSystems again made at least the fence part as simple as possible. They were flexible, patient and took the time to really educate us on our decisions to make sure we were getting what we needed and wanted.We are probably done with any more fences for our property, but once again could not be happier with EcoSystems and highly recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

The technician came on time and did a quick check of the sprinkler system and did winterization. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. I will definitely use the company's service again the next time I need it.

They seem to be pretty efficient. Scheduling an appointment with them was easy. The person that came was professional and he got the work done. I was pleased with them. Their price is competitive.

It went very well. The fence was installed completely in 3 days. They made sure to clean up very well around the property when they were finished. Eric and team made sure I knew everything that was going from Start to finish.

Overall everything went very smoothly. Initial presentation was thorough and informative. I had to coordinate job with sod being installed along with other landscaping. Office staff and techs were very flexible and courteous. When I called back after sod was installed they came and adjusted heads and made changes that made more sense after landscaping complete. Repaired hose that was split when sod installed. Always prompt and helpful. Had trouble with timer and they immediately sent tech to check. When discovered that timer was defective it was replaced with better timer at no additional cost. Extremely happy with the job and how we were treated.

Scheduling took a bit longer than what I would've prefer. They started to installed the fence around 3:00 pm. They finished around 5:00 pm. i was expecting them a bit earlier than that.The price was reasonable.

I thought everything went ok with the drip system install. I wish they explained to me the drawbacks vs the advantages. I would not have done it again. I would go with more spray heads for the shrubs vs underground drip system with a ring around every plant. Very difficult when you have to remove a plant or generally dig in the beds. Anyway, my issue actually happened with the yearly service. They would annually close up the system and it would always have issues in the spring. The last time I had them out to close the system it was recommended I pay $750 for new valves. Well I opened the system and resolved the issue, I think they created, with no parts at all just some labor to fix their man made problems. I fired them from my property. Was very disappointed because I thought Brian was a good ethical guy. I frankly did business with them because his office assistant was the bomb. Oh well.

They coordinated markings of underground cables and helped resolve a gas line mis-mark. Prior to the installation their contract plumber came out and installed the necessary back flow valve and tested the pressure. He was prompt, friendly and thorough On the day of installation a full crew arrived promptly and completed the entire installation in one day, including a large amount of hand trenching that was required. They programmed the controller and went over how to program it in the future. I was impressed by the speed and efficiency of the work.

The whole experience was positive. From our initial meetings with Eric to the actual delivery and installating of the fence. They met there delivery dates and we got everything completed before Memorial Day.

Showed up on time in terrible weather conditions and was able to plow my driveway out in some of those really bad storms this year. It is a pleasure to deal with this company. I wish they offered more services.

The cost was fair--for fencing and irrigation in the lower range of estimates; for lighting in the upper range. The owner was personally involved in planning and reviewing the work. He was responsive in adjusting a few minor issues. The layout of the irrigation and lighting was thoughtful. Office staff were pleasant and responsive. The crews who performed the work were polite, prompt and expert. I would recommend this firm to friends and family, and gladly do business with them again.

The estimate was accurate and the person who gave us the estimate clearly explained all of the details and the options. All work and materials were clearly spelled out in the contract and the company took care of all the preliminary work of locating the underground utilities. The work done was good, but the experience got off to a bad start. The company forgot about the installation of a gate in our back yard and failed to load the gate onto the truck. We were told it would appear later that day, but that wasn't the case. The installers ran out of material when installing the vinyl fence. The wrong color chain link fence was loaded onto the truck, so the repair to the chain link fence was left unfinished until the following day. A job that should have taken a day spilled over into two days. The staff were apologetic but did little in the way of easing the situation. Honestly, I thought that one day was a liberal estimate and I personally figured that two days would be the actual amount of time. In the end, the work was done to our satisfaction. The fence improved the look of our yard and our neighbors are happy the fence is repaired.

Install went well. It took two days for them to complete the job. Lawn was cut up, which was to be expected, but healed nicely. Unfortunately one of the days they were working it started raining heavily. We thought the team might finish for the day and return the next day but they just kept working. The team was professional, happily answered any and all questions we had. It was nice working with a team that understood what Customer Service meant. Our new system is great! Better water coverage and an easier control box to use. Two year warranty from date of install. They did a great job! Would definitely recommend them.

I obtained estimates from several different companies and settled between an estimate from Ecosystems and from Russo Brothers (a local plumbing company). I leaned a little bit toward Russo Brothers initially as the Ecosystems estimate was too good to be true ($3000 vs Russo Brothers at $4600). However, what clinched it for me were the references provided by Ecosystems, their follow-up, details regarding their itemized proposals, and yes, price. But, Ecosystems simply demonstrated to me that they were more on the ball with their installation planning, too. Here's a case in point: My locality requires a rain gauge installed with irrigation systems. Ecosystems recommended the installation of a wired rain gauge rather than a wireless rain gauge (batteries need to be changed in the wireless units and the rain gauges need to mounted in high locations to work). When I asked Russo Brothers if they would install a wired rain gauge, they shared that they recommended a wireless model as rats running outside my house could chew up a wired connection (!!) If I had rats running around outside my home, wouldn't I likely be facing larger issues with my home rather than the discretionary installation of a sprinker system? Goodbye, Russo Brothers. The plumber that Ecosystems sent was professional and definitely knew his stuff. He worked with me to install the shutoff valve to my preference (and made a trip to pick up special parts) and the installation of my system on the install day was flawless. Ecosystems took 4 hours from start to finish (including an overview of the system and how to run it). I had a follow-up question regarding the installed soil sensor and one spray head that seemed to be above ground level and they sent out a tech to walk me through both items (the spray head was intentionally left up to clear a shrub). I highly recommend Ecosystems. They are friendly, professional, and the provide a whole lot of value for the price.

They were very high. I think they came out rather quickly and were on time.

We chose them based on the reviews on Angie's List. The person we spoke with in the office was very friendly, she scheduled the appointment very quickly. We called on a Friday and they scheduled it for Monday. He was running late on Monday and he called twice to let me know. When he knocked on the door to come in after he walked around the house he had his shoes off. I noticed another review had stated he did that as well. He drew out a plan of the yard and explained everything. He showed us brochures of the project, he was very good. They will be coming out in a couple of weeks for the installation, I asked them to wait that long so I could have some other work done on our pool.

We recently moved into our new house here in Central NJ and we bought a puppy for my three young children (double whammy). Our yard was not fenced in at all. Although we wanted a different style of fence which was actually more money after meeting with the owner of the company and going through all the options we were able to choose an option that not only was more attractive but saved us money! They spent a lot of time with us going over every potential option and pros and cons for all the different types of fencing we could choose from. Although we used a different company in our previous house, I was amazed at how professional Ecosystems was, how thorough and patient and understanding of what my needs are. Too many times I have worked with contractors (and a lot now that I have a new house) who do not care at all about anything except their bottom line. Ecosystems made me believe that my interests are at heart when they work with us. The day the job began was exactly how they told me it would. The install crew was professional, clean, exacting and made sure I knew what was going on at all times. They did not talk to me like I was an idiot. They treated me with respect- and they work was exceptional. I would use them again and again and again. I have already recommended them to three friends who I believe have signed agreements to build fences for them. I wish all contractors were like this and I wish they did about 12 other things for my house as I would hire them for all of them!

The crew came out and did a very good job. They gave me a lot of good suggestions and advice about the operation of my sprinkler system. The prices were about average for the industry. I thought that they were reasonable. I give them all A's and will most definitely use them again in the future.
