Description of Work: I have a three sided fireplace. We were quoted thousands of dollars for glass doors, which I did not want. They Made a screen for it by hand and it looks BEAUTIFUL. Then, this past winter, water started bleeding THROUGH the side of the fireplace brick, yes very eery. Brian told us water is tricky but he knew exactly what to do. He came back and sealed and caulked the outside of the fireplace and IT WORKED!!!

+ -1 moreIn process of selling condo, so after home inspector found possible problem with damper and recommended Level II inspection, found company on Angie's List and set up appt. Brian was prompt and to our relief explained that damper was fine. We never used fireplace, so were unfamiliar with its operation, but he repeatedly showed us how to correctly open/close damper. As he's not only licensed, but certified, his expertise and honesty not only saved us money, as repair was not needed, but raised our comfort level too--and for a very reasonable fee. Would highly recommend.

+ -1 moreIt was an all around great experience! Although their schedule was busy, they were able to fit us in quickly and were very friendly over the phone. The gentleman that came was so nice and very knowledgeable. He was able to quickly identify the problem and let us know what it would take to repair it. The service call fee was very reasonable.

+ 0 moreArrived on time. Very friendly. Took off shoes before entering my home. Diagnosed problem on the spot. Rearranged the gas logs, vacuumed the fireplace, cleaned the gas logs and fixed something else. Checked my chimney from the roof. Fireplace good to go in about an hour. I would recommend them highly.
