Arctic Air Conditioning

I was very pleased. Jake came first to access the problem. I needed a new air conditioner. Then Russ came & advised me of my options. I thought they were very fair & took the time to explain & answer any questions I had. Eugene came & installed the air conditioner & again taking time to answer any questions I had. They were all very professional & I would highly recommend Arctic Air. I also want to thank them for giving me a fair price and a good product.

All went well. Timely, professional and clean. Will use them again if needed

Technician was knowledgeable and fixed the leaking pipes in a timely manner. Not a complicated job but all work was scheduled and completed within 3 hours of initial phone call. Very impressive.

Simply amazing- can't say enough.My AC unit went out Wed. August 23 and I was without AC until Saturday the 26th. The person originally hired to do the job did not show- he is only one person and his helper fell ill.Got on Angi Friday night and was contacted by Arctic Air Saturday morning.AC was fixed partially fixed (heat defrost board got shorted out) At least we had AC until I could afford to have the new board put in yesterday. The follow through from beginning to end was amazing, and the professionalism of both techs who showed up was second to none.Addressed all of my concerns and questions.Thanks again.

Follow up on previous review. The owner moved Mountains and got the parts and had a technician come out sunday morning 1/1 and repaired my hot water heater. Thank you Ross and Mark in Customer Service. My faith in Artic Air is restored and I will keep using them. William Karsh

Screwed by Artic air again shame on me I trusted this company only to be told I need to do my research on products they recommend by some incomepetent customer sevice representative that they must outsource to because you couldn't be that dumb and continue your employment. I was told that my "Rheem hot water heater was a piece of s??t but we continue to sell them". I had mine installed just a month ago. Now no hot water maybe till wednesday. They first have to start a warranty process and it takes according to this incompetent individualividual at least 3 business days from monday when they reopen. unfortunately for him I have a computer and saw you can order online and pay to get the parts in 24 hours meaning hopefully sooner than the less than inteligent customer service rep suggested. DO NOT USE ARTIC AIR FOR ANYTHING THEY SELL POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS AND THEN TELL YOU ITS YOUR FAULT YOU BOUGHT IT so you have to go through the warranty process because they dont want to lay out any money from their pocket to make their Customers whole. Ross shame on you! I think you father would be extremely upset thank god he's still alive or he would be turning over in his grave. I will sign this because there is nothing here that is not true.

Our furnace failed on a rather cold day. We called Arctic Air Conditioning and they sent a technician the same morning. The system was ~30 year old, and we know we needed to replace. Once we confirmed that the furnace is not salvageable, they sent an advisor, Chris, to do the measurement and gave an estimate. Chris was able to arrange the installation in 2 days. The team came and completed the work as expected. The work was done in about 5 hours: removal of the old gas furnace & AC unit, installation of new units and new thermostat. They made sure we inspect their work, and showed us how the furnace works. The AC will need to be fully charged when the weather is warmer. A couple things to know is that the utility rebate is small and not worth taking into purchase decision. The Lennox thermostat works well, but the phone app does not work (rated extremely poorly on app store), so don't bother. We picked the better upgrade, which is reflected in the project cost.

DIDNT! No one showed for appt. Chris was on his was 3xs when I called company. After 45 minutes and Chris was still on his way I canceled. This company lost over $10,000-$15000 of my business

A little trouble with new thermostat but they got it done in a day.

Combo boiler was installed in November 2021. Township of Old Bridge issued a red sticker requesting an undated schematic indicating the change in location from the original to where the boiler was eventually installed. Over the winter i made several calls to Artic inquiring if the complied with the township’s request. I was always informed that they would look into it but no one ever got back to me. Finally, in May of 2022 I got a call from Mark Kresge asking if Artic could come over to install a gauge. When the plumber arrived he said they needed to install the gauge because the Town inspector said I had a slow leak and he would also run a pressure test. I told him that no inspector had been to my house since November and it made no sense that the Township would allow me to have heat all winter with a gas leak in one on the pipes and I suggested that he had the wrong house. When he insisted he didn’t but couldn’t answer any of my questions I called Mr. Kresge and asked”what the h*** is going on?” to which he responded to “use that language on someone else”, put me on hold and never got back on the line. The man doing the work left and I have no idea what he did. An inspector came and now rejected the work because the two outlets outside the house were incorrect. A few weeks later Artic returned and replaced one of the pipes with an ugly 2’ black pipe and told me it was now my job to call for an inspection. To this day I have no idea what went on because communication with Artic is the worst I’ve ever experience. The bill was over $12,000.00 and I chose them because they are local and had good reviews. It pains me to deal with a company that seems to have so little regard for its clientele. We have the most thorough communication setup in our history and we can’t get some people to communicate effectively.

Excellent service and very courteous service

I needed a plumber to install a new dishwasher. The old one was already removed. On the plus side, they were easy to reach and quickly gave a quote. However, they quoted $565, way more expensive than quotes from other plumbers at $250, $300, $375, $400. So I didn't hire them but wanted to leave a review to indicate that they were really expensive for this quote.

Excellent! The plumber worked hard to make sure the problem was resolved. He was very professional and did an excellent job!

Very grateful for such an easy and pleasant experience when I suddenly found my very old hot water heater leaking all over the basement floor on a Sunday evening. I did a quick panicked search and thankfully Arctic answered my call and put me at ease with a quote for a replacement and an install appt for first call the next morning. Adam K arrived on time, was very sweet & professional, and installed our new unit in under an hour. Will definitely use Arctic again!

Called Home Depot at 6:03pm on Saturday 2/26/22. At 6:30pm Arctic Air Conditioning contacted me, had me take photos of my broken hot water heater. 15 minutes later, Katie from Arctic called me back with a more than fair price and worked her magic to get me an install for Sunday 2/27/22 at 2pm. Alex from Arctic arrived Sunday around 2pm and started the project. Elijah from Arctic arrived 45 minutes later and by 6pm ( 24 hours after my initial call) we had a new hot water heater up and running. Great experience, Alex and Elijah were professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
