Description of Work: Installed wrong filter, which I had to replace at personal cost. They used a larger filter and cut it into pieces to make it fit. The problem was that with strong air flow and insufficient rigidity, it seemed like the filter would be sucked into the air handler.

Description of Work: Replaced a Trane central air (condenser/compressor, outside disconnect, thermostat, ductwork), with a Lennox unit, installed whole house humidifier |Work took about 8 hrs by 2 installers. They carefully protected floors and cleaned up well. They pointed out things which were obviously not done correctly with previous system and proceeded to correct them. Over all, the installation seemed to go smoothly and the end result was visibly a well, done, better looking system. It has not been tested due to winter temps and county inspection is pending. I will report back when that is done. |

Description of Work: I needed the TXV valve replaced on my furnace. I thought the price that Artic Air quoted was high, but after getting additional estimates, I realized that Artic Air was reasonable. Since I had used them once before, I decided to go with them. There were no issues with the repair.
