They responded within hours. Needed to order parts. The parts were located first thing Monday morning and the repair was completed early Monday afternoon. Since it was an emergency, no heat in the winter, I was unable to obtain several estimates.

Replaced furnace, A/C, and water heater with energy-efficient equipment. Air sealed the attic and added additional insulation. Very easy to work with and did a nice professional job. They wore booties and made sure to clean up everything before leaving. I am quite satisfied with the quality of work, though the township inspections are not complete at the time of the review. The state program is quite good and one can get a rebate of up to $4k, plus you will be saving on your utility bills. Most importantly, our house feels quite comfortable and the heat doesn't turn on that often as it used to.

It went very well. Before my service guy Eric showed up, the company sent me his photo, advised they were following safe Covid practices and gave me an ETA for his arrival. Eric was very professional and he assessed that I needed a new thermocouple. Eric installed the thermocouple and had the furnace running again promptly. He also advised me that Arctic Air had a plumbing division when I was asking about replacing the hot water heater. He took the time to call the office about the cost of replacing my hot water heater and gave me a quote good for 6 months. Eric was very knowledgeable, welcomed my questions and he really impressed me. I had been looking for a trustworthy service and I feel I have found that in Arctic Air. I highly recommend the service.

Great. Eric from Artic Air trouble shot the furnace, figured out what part was needed , drove to supply house to get it - returned right away and installed it. Success!! Totally satisfied -again- with Artic Air.

Everyone at Arctic Air is polite and professional! They take the time to answer all your questions, any time you have one. I highly recommend this company. PS: they also installed a hole house tankless water heater in my house. They did a terrific job on that also.

Arctic Air was the installer of a new Lennox furnace and air-conditioner about 3.5 years ago. During the middle of a raging snowstorm the Lennox digital thermostat completely failed. The panel was dark and dead and the unit was completely inaccessible. The thermostat is customized for the Lennox equipment and any other manufacturer device is not compatible unless the equipment is rewired which also invalidates all warranties. I spent one very cold night until I could contact Arctic the next day. They responded within four hours of my call for service and the issue was resolved in under an hour. Excellent response and service.

The ARCTIC AIR Technician Brendan Fullerton did a great job in diagnosing the problem and replacing the pressure switch of our gas fired condensing furnace. He was polite, respectful, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained to us what he was doing, what he discovered upon inspecting and assessing the heater and how he was going to correct the problem. We were completely satisfied with the experience.

Arctic Air did a great job. The office is very professional, the communications were great, and the technician was experienced and on time. Highly recommend!

Called after 530pm on Saturday night. Received call back in 5 minutes with attempt to trouble shoot. In did not fix the problem and technician was dispatch and arrived within 20 minutes. Greg upon arrived identified himself and immediately started servicing furnace. Diagnosed that furnace fan limit control switch was not functioning and needed to be replaced. I noted that he tested the switch 3 times before confirming. Being a part not on truck, Greg apologized for not being able to fix the furnace tonight. He ordered the part ,advising parts warehouse closed until Monday morning. He advised me to call office after 10AM Monday if I don’t hear from main office. Greg was professional and courteous throughout the service call explaining everything he performed. Arctic Air came highly recommend and I am looking forward to them complete the repair in coming days and I will be scheduling yearly tune up for my 2 air conditioning units this spring and all my furnace needs in the future

It was a December I called Arctic Air to get a free estimate on replacing the PVC exhaust flue pipes in my attic. They said in order to give me a cost estimate (quote) they would have to send me a technician and charge me $109.00 US for it. I accepted the offer and had the technician scheduled. The technician came and asked me if I had any ladder after realizing that there was no stairs up to the attic. I brought him my ladder and he went up to the attic to check out the flue pipes. I also stepped on the ladder and peeked at him as he was browsing between the joists and structural beams. After couple of minutes of silence, he started talking (including some cursing) to himself as he seemed puzzled and upset. Later I learned that the reason was because he could not come up with an immediate solution on how to replace the piping. This is what he wrote in the invoice of his visit: “3 inch exhaust that is wrapped in attic has a very small leak. Could not get up to the elbow to check and see if it was glued. Took pics of attic. Elbow on exhaust is about 12 feet up with no plywood to put a ladder not sure how we will get to it. Pass on to John H. to figure something out.” I did not hear anything from them, neither I called them for a follow up since I was not hurrying for the job to be done. Later on, in the following July, I had an issue with my water heater and called Arctic Air again, I would also ask about the quote I haven’t received from them yet…. The person who picked up the phone said they did not have any person to send me. After I asked about the quote for replacing the exhaust pipes on the attic, she checked the record and she said the service manager called me and left a message to my cell phone. I told her I never received a message from them, indicating that my voice mails are also recorder as text by my service provider Verizon and I have not received anything from them since the technician’s visit. She immediately questioned me, asking why I haven’t call before and calling now after 8 months. Getting upset, I hung up the phone with Arctic Air and had another HVAC company replace my water heater in the same date. Arctic Air had fancy system of scheduling, texting , e-mailing and getting your money but they failed miserably on following up and giving me a proper service. Hence, I would not recommend them to anybody who needs HVAC services.

Alfredo (tech) was right on time, polite and professional. He was informative, thorough and made several suggestions including maintenance and efficiency tips. I requested a quote for a new furnace (my was 25yr old). Within 15min of his departure, I was contacted by the office for additional info and received a quote via email. The fact that they respected my wishes to not get bombarded with sales calls and that no Arctic staff ever tries to up-sell me on products or services are examples of why they have my loyalty for 15+ years. Would recommend them without hesitation.
