My technician was friendly and knowledgeable. I have been using Arctic Air for years. I wouldn't use anyone else. They are always reliable.

He was on time, professional, followed safety protocols and cleaned up all supplies and removed all trash. I will definitely use Arctic again and I highly recommend them,

Went smoothly as in previous years. This was the first year I needed some coolant added to the system. He explained the number readouts on the device hooked up to the unit. As soon as he added the coolant the numbers jumped up and the readings stayed where they should be at. We use Artic Air for the annual heating system check up as well. One year there was an issue with the heat turning off. The tech came and it was nothing more than a simple cleaning of a sensor needed. Highly recommended.

Exceptional! Alfredo was VERY professional, knowledgeable, and personable. After dealing with Alfredo's and company's professionalism and thoroughness, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Arctic Air to anyone. I even contracted for annual maintenance (heat & cooling) for a rather modest fee I thought.

They charge for the estimate, which is not great; but if you hire them you get it back. Very professional presentation and they use technology to communicate their ETA, send a picture of the person arriving, and follow-up estimate with pictures. We are definitely considering them for the job.

Received an email and text informing me 15 minutes before arrival of the name of the technician who was coming to my home. They were able to fix the issue on the spot. They were friendly, courteous and very respectful of my home. I have had other work done by Artic Air in the past such as hvac and hot water heater replaced. They always do an amazing job! Highly recommend them!

Kyle the service technician was excellent. He provided details of call along with issue discovered during service. He provided repair and tested system. There was issue that required a follow up appointment, which i’m waiting to schedule.

Lenny and his crew installed a new Lennox furnace for us. The team is courteous and professional. Lenny found that our old humidifier was installed at the wrong place because of the difficult duct work. He went above and beyond his responsibility and installed the new humidifier at the correct position. I greatly appreciate his honesty and utmost professionalism. It is no wonder that his company gets consistently high reviews.
