Arctic Air Conditioning

Furnace broke down and they sent someone out the same day. The furnace was well over 20 years old so after looking at options I decided to have a new one installed. Fred and Johnson came first thing on Saturday and these 2 installers did an excellent job. They were very friendly, professional and very neat. They had everything up and running in a matter of hours, checking to make sure heat and air conditioning was running perfect, They also took the time to show me how the furnace runs, These 2 gentlemen made the install perfect. This is the 2nd time I have used Arctic Air Conditioning, the first being with the central air at my other property and I feel confident in the work that this company performs. They will be the only company I will call on in the future. The price was a reasonable an fair for the hard work they did !!!

Excellent company. They are very professional and their technicians are exceptional. Another example of the quality of this company is that they always want your feedback and truly want to satisfy their customers. I have called the company on many occasions to state that their technicians are outstanding and that their success is due to their workers. They installed a HVAC four years ago and did a great job and now they service the system. Also, they do not make you sign any contracts for the service and encourage to review them on any site including this one. That's how confident they are about their service.

Luckily Sammy caught this or it could have resulted in Carbon Monoxide issues in the home. I’m grateful for Sammy.

Perfectly. Communication between Arctic Air and myself was excellent. They arrived promptly and work was done in a neat and professional manner. They were very helpful in taking care of all rebates available. Either from the manufacturer or the NJ Save Green program. The pricing was competitive but more importantly the quality of work was excellent. I'm in the maintenance field myself and I know good work when I see it.

I have used ArcticAir many times over the past 14 years. The Technicians are knowledgeable, the company reliable.

Called for service early in the morning when heat stopped running. They gave me a window of 8-4. Rob showed up around 12:30 and figured out the circuit board of the furnace went bad. He told us they would look for the part or would order it for Monday. They ended up finding the part in house. He came back and put the part in and got our heat back up and running. Technician was knowledgeable and friendly.

David did problem determination on the furnace and determined that the condensation line was clogged and quickly corrected the problem. He is a true professional.

The tech. Jesse Evert is the absolute best. When I require service on both my air conditioning unit or my heating unit, I contact the Arctic Air Conditioning company and request Jesse. He has serviced my units several times and he is credit to the company, and sincerely hope he stays with the company for years to come.

The entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. Connor McBride gave me an excellent evaluation and estimate. He answered my questions patiently and professionally and responded to my phone calls and texts immediately. The staff (Gina was especially helpful the day of the install) in the office displayed the same professionalism and again, responded immediately to questions or concerns. The crew that arrived for the installation, (Fred and several men named Mike) were right on time and explained exactly what they were doing and how it may impact me as I was home for the entire day. They were also extremely professional and very pleasant to be around all day. Extra care was given through out the process to keep things clean and organized, with no damage to walls, wood floors, rugs or stairs as equipment and supplies were carried in and out of my home. I had an estimate from another company and after speaking with Arctic, it was clear that Arctic was the better choice. They were honest and thorough with a much more reasonable price. I would highly recommend Arctic Air. It is a 5 Star company that provides an excellent service with professionalism and care and plenty of smiles as an added bonus.

Sam was very detailed about his job to customer and explained the maintenance and upkeep of furnace; before he left made sure the furnance was in working order. He was excellent in his work and was proud to represent Artic Air

My heating system began shutting off by itself with an error code on the thermostat. Arctic Air (who installed the system six years ago) was able to come out the same day and fix it quickly for only $89. It was just a clogged drain line, but it was great that they were able to fit me in and arrived on time.
