The first service man to arrived was basically setup for hot air furnace repair and so he called for a boiler expert to come. We ultimately had 3 service people working together to take care of the problem. Your company dedicated a wealth of resources to fix my problem. I couldn't have been more satisfied. Your company is the best in its field

I couldn’t have asked for more from these guys. Absolutely the best experience I have had with any contractor ever. At the end of the day you would not have know that i had any work done. These guys are clean, tidy and very neat workers. I asked questions and received immediate answers that were concise and understood. I’m a very satisfied customer and would recommend Arctic Air to anyone.

After some troubleshooting the issues were resolved quickly. Would definitely hire them again Javier was fantastic and was able to find the problem, explain it to me and resolve the problem in the most economical way. I would certainly ask for him next time.

My heating system is not working when the outside temperatures are very low. Robert from Arctic Air came to help fixing the problem. He provided great service in fixing the problem. Not only just fixing the issue he explained in great detail on how the system works and impacts due to cold weather. He also fixed another issue that is not relevant to the issue I reported, but related to heating system. This shows his commitment towards customer care. I highly recommend Robert for the help he is providing. Thank you Robert.

Today's service call was for *preventative maintenance* due to the age of our furnace; and it was the Tech from our first experience with Arctic Air who recommended annual *check-ups*, after he fixed a *no-heat issue*. It's also worth mentioning that last years' service was an emergency situation, but they didn't charge an extra fee as did the first few vendors we called. The cost for the check-up was a very reasonable $89.95, and included two filters for the vent & return. We'd recommend Arctic Air in a heartbeat - they are honest, reliable and very professional -- Another plus was that they send a text with the ETA and a picture of the Tech. We'll never use any other HVAC company!!

I have had a water heater replaced from them a couple of months ago and this time I called them to fix a problem with my furnace (thanks to a faulty Nest thermostat installation by another contractor). Fred was very courteous and diagnosed the problem as well as explained it very well. He fixed the issue promptly and explained how the other contractor blew the fuse while installing Nest. I would definitely hire Fred and Arctic Air again.

Arctic Air sent me a text with the name, picture and short biography of the technician, Javier. He was polite and thorough, checking the furnace and changing the batteries on the thermostat. He took the time to explain everything and also changed the filter to a more efficient one. He was not in a hurry and made sure everything was working before he left. Pricing was very reasonable and I will definitely call Arctic again to maintain and service my furnace.

Better than I expected. They were very professional. A salesperson came over to show me what they had and what I needed. The cost was discussed and an appointment was setup within days. Two guys showed up with (2) vehicles, they started to disassemble my old equipment, and then they moved in the new equipment. Installed, setup and tested with in hours. Cleaned up and installed very neat and professional. Extremely impressed with the work, money well spent.

Excellent service. Tech was smack on time at 10:00, out before 11, did everything I asked, explained how to do things myself in future, nice guy, cleaned up after.

It was handled professionally. The humidifier was not set up properly (due to some recent plumbing work), and the wrong model of water panel was used. The technician explained those issues to me and rectified them right away.
