Workers were very professional. Did a great job installing the air handler in very tight attic area. Placed compressor on new support slab.. Used boot covers and floor covering to avoid getting floors/carpets dirty. Workers were clean, neat and polite. Job was started and finished on time with no significant problems (not their fault the new thermostat was faulty - they replaced it immediately).

Frank diagnosed that Freon was needed which was what we thought. He also adjusted the thermostat. A previous technician said we needed a new blower motor and ordered it. Frank came and said we only needed the above. He was pleasant , organized and knowledgeable.

This company is deceitful to customers, they quoted me for a AC\furnace unit replacement for our home. While we were still deciding and getting other estimates, the salesman sends me a text stating that prices might go up if we don't sign right away. This tactic is what car salesman do when they want you sign the contract. Two weeks later when we were ready to sign for the job to be done they increased the price on us. They stated that it was due to tariffs imposed by the government. What a bunch baloney, i just believe they are trying to make extra money because we didn't sign right away. Watch out for this and want to let people be aware how they operate. They have good reviews that's why we looked into them but be careful of the lies they might tell.

Sammy C was completely professional, knowledgeable, respectful of my property. He took time to explain what he was doing in terms I could understand. He also arrived a few minutes prior to my scheduled service time which was greatly appreciated. He also returned shortly after leaving with a filter that wasn't on his truck initially. Have been with Arctic Air for my Furnace & Air Conditioning for a few years. Now I needed a plumber & wasn't sure if they did plumbing. Of course they do! A big THANK YOU to Mike Mohler for being honest with what I needed fixed. They never try to over sell. Arriving, he was my 3 P's ...... Punctual, Professional & Prepared doing a great job. Very happy with the Mitsubishi 3 headed ductless a/c system we got for the living room/kitchen and lower rooms in our bi-level home (we are using window units in the upstairs bedrooms). Office staff were on top of things and installation crew was fantastic, very professional, on time, explained things to us. kept things neat and clean. The installation crew even worked around my toddler's nap schedule to try to keep the noise down at that time, which was very kind. The star off is because the salesman for our account had some rough edges--he was offended that I wanted updates on when the permit had actually been filed and then called me a "Nervous Nelly" for wanting to do what I could to speed the process along to try to have the installation completed before we moved in. I thought that his experience should have advised us upfront that our desired timeline was pretty unlikely to happen just so that we would have the right expectations. Still, he did follow up to say he'd found a new $500 rebate that would apply for our setup, which I appreciated. Might unfortunately go with the territory to have to deal with sexist comments even though we are spending $$$$.

Anthony the technician was prompt, courteous and professional. The work was completed in a neat and timely manner.

Water heater started to leak. Called Artic and they dispatched a technician the next morning since it was not an emergency. Price quoted for two new 50 gallons Bradford White gas water heaters and piping modifications was $3,400. Decent price. Not cheap but definitely not overpriced. Mike the technician was knowledgeable. He is a little rough around the edges but not rude or impolite. Will definitely recommend this company.

The Customer service staff tried to help out on the phone before sending a technician in order to avoid me paying the service fees and when this didn’t work, they booked me an appointment. The Technician Michael Carucci arrived on time and knew what exactly to do! He was very professional and polite.

Our A/C broke down a few days ago and we called Arctic to have a look. The service tech, Manny Castro, arrived 20 minutes early. Yes, early! The best part was he was able to fix the unit quickly and at a fair price. Manny was prepared, polite, careful, respectful; basically what anyone hopes for when they call a repair person. Kudos to Manny and Arctic Air. We knew we made the right decision when we had them install our A/C 20 years ago.

Sammy our tech went above and beyond the expected seasonal maintenance by showing me ways to keep the air conditional wall filter clean. I appreciate that!

It was great. Arctic uses technology to confirm your appointment, send a reminder, and allow you to track the technician en route. Jesse advised me of what he saw and made recommendations without using any the high-pressure sales tactics that homeowners dread. He was professional and courteous.

It went great. Three installers (Mario, Zak and Nick) arrived and got right to work. Did a great job. Cleaned up everything when they were done. Hard working .They explained everything to me. I would recommend them to any one.

Great, very reliable and trustworthy

My husband and I were really impressed with Artic Air from our first interaction when they came to give an estimate to when they finished the work. They had shoe covers to ensure our main living space didnt have dirt tracked in. Cleaned up the work site at the end of each day and even left my basement cleaner than they found it. The arrangement of pipes was very neat and tidy and appealed to my husbands love of cable management which extends to plumbing pipes and fittings. Their recommendations for additional work we may want done was not in the form of a sales person trying to upsell but rather knowledgable advice and recommendations for homeowners who are trying to maintain and upgrade their aging forever home.

Well, they were timely and professional and did the job well.
