Arctic Air Conditioning

It went great - Eduardo was very responsive to my questions and answered everything that I wanted to know about our heating / A-C system - I got a really quick lesson of how our HVAC system works and how it flows.

Technicians arrived on time, friendly, polite and was able to come earlier than scheduled. The office will call to make sure this ok first. Techs educated us on the system and care. Did not try to push a new system, but to monitor and consider in the future, if needed. Determined refrigerant was low and refueled and we’re good to go so far! We appreciate their time during this hot weather.

The storm that hit Monmouth County on 7/22/19 caused a voltage spike in my home.It ruined the compressor in my air conditioner. When the repair tech came to my home on 7/23/19 the voltage was still very high. Artic Air ordered a new compressor. When it was delivered to them, they contacted me to let me know it was in. They could install it if the voltage was low enough. They were able to determine that the voltage was acceptable, and they installed the compressor that day. Artic Air went out of their way to keep me informed of their progress every step of the way. Their service was excellent, The Parts Manager was especially helpful.

We have a few properties and at this point I only trust Arctic. Simply put they are the best and they do the extreme and absolute best to do right by you. There have been a number of occasions where they have gone above and beyond the call to help us out. Love love love them! Thank you for all that you do!

the technician arrived in time, professional, thorough in his trouble shooting. explained the problem and the fix. was not carrying vth part so rushed back to his office, returned promptly and fixed it. the reason for not a overall A grade is the billing. the company refuses to break it down by parts and labor. they have one line item in invoice. online cost for the part is not more than $300. so labor was $500 +? little high based on other research.

Alex the sales person was excellent in what he presented. I wanted a mid range high efficiency system with a 16 SEER rating so I could finance it through the utility company. We couldn't find a match. The sticking point was the 5 ton AC unit. I highly recommend Artic Air as a company.

Found out why our unit failed, (electrical). It was fixed. Also told there was a leak in refrigeration line ( which we suspected last year) but we got one more year out of it. We are satisfied that we should get a new unit because replaced Freon will be outlawed by next year and to search for a leak in the line of an older air conditioning unit is not cost effective. I have known many families that have used this company and honesty, integrity and prompt professional service always comes into the conversation about Arctic Air.

Great, found problem quickly, corrected the problem and charged a fair price for quality service. Our tech Jesse is excellent. In fact, we have used Arctic Air several times and all of their techs have been great. I would highly recommend them and would call them agaon is a second f I need service

Could not have gone any better. Artic Air‘s technicians did all they could to repair the unit, which you need multiple parts replaced. They had to order a motor since it was a Kenmore unit. Office staff was able to locate one immediately and they replaced everything the same day. With the hottest weekend of the year approaching, I can’t begin to tell you how grateful we are! Their technicians went above and beyond to help us! Especially Dave, who continued to work in the pouring (and I mean POURING) rain to get that unit up and running!

Outstanding! Artic Air did a great job removing and replacing my central A/C. Susan in the office, Jerry the salesman, Mario and Nick the technicians were professional, polite and friendly. Installation required a lot of additional metal fabrication to connect the new A/C unit to existing furnace. Mario reviewed the new system with us, technicians cleaned up work site before leaving. We would contract with them again, Highly recommend.

Very well. Tech went into attic, checked air handler, worked on compressor. Checked/replaced capacitor, and then tested unit until proper.

Arctic Air officially became my go to company whenever I have an issue with my AC or heating. This was my first time using Arctic Air and they were hands down "awesome"! They were on time for the service calls, explained everything perfectly, very nice technicians (Shout out to Dante and Matt) and made me top priority because I had no cooling at all and was stuck in a 85 degree home. They needed to order a part for the AC unit and I thought I'd have to wait two days, I was very happy when they called the next day and said "We have it in and come come today" THANK YOU guys! I'm so happy and I actually went out to the van and hugged the eskimo logo (well, not really..LOL...but I was so pleased) Arctic Air! You are a great company!
