Technician Leo was punctual and professional with the service he provided. I told him about an issue that I had been experiencing for the last couple of months, but which I temporarily fix by resetting the AC system everytime, and he happily provided some steps I could do when such issues happen again.

Excellent Arctic Mechanic Eric showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. We had a heating zone issue which he diagnosed quickly and correctly. He fixed the problem in a timely manner. He did not charge us for a service call because he installed a new part. He only charged us for 30 minutes labor. You can’t beat that. I highly recommend this company.

Went well. I thought it was the humidifier and it was a feeder hose. Technician was very quick to locate the issue. Had to order the part to fix the humidifier. Checked the rest of the furnace to make sure it was running well and safely. Changed the filter. Very reasonable price.

All work not yet completed but tech was on time, professional, knew his stuff, courteous and together we worked out a plan for next steps that needed to be done. No hard sell. And this work was and needed to be done on Christmas Day. You can’t beat it. I was a new customer and feel confident the rest of the work that is needed will be done well.

I hired them for a furnace maintenance check for a great price. They changed my filter and disconnected my electric one informing me it was no longer in use. Added glue to pvc drain pipe that was loose, cleaned the flame sensor, measured voltage of circuits. Recently, as the weather got colder and the furnace started running I noticed a puddle coming from underneath it. I spent quite some time trying to diagnose it myself but couldn't figure it out. I explained to the company that I started having issues with the furnace after my last check. They sent Frank out to look at the issue. He was able to identify the issue pretty quickly and it was pretty simple. It was due to a loose drain pipe inside the unit. He simply reattached it. I was not charged as it was possible the pipe got loose (it was not well sealed) during the maintenance check. I was extremely grateful with the way Frank and Arctic Air Conditioning conducted business. I am wary of vendors who try to exploit you but I do not feel that way at all towards Arctic Air. I feel I can trust them with my business again in the future.

Monday, October 11, 2021, Mynor Pardo arrives at 2:44pm for an appointment to service our furnace for cold weather use. For what should have been a 15 minute job, it took him an hour and a half, and he only quit when I called the office to complain, otherwise he would still be here. Asked him what was taking so long, he replied that he couldn’t get the furnace cover back on. If the Three Stooges had done the job, Mynor would be a fourth Stooge. He left at 4:24 just before Sammy showed up. We have been doing business with your firm for 35 or more years now (back when you were on Vanderburg Rd.) and if you want our continued business, don’t ever send Mynor to this address again.

It went really well. I had them come out two or three times just to check on things that were really minimal but they were great. They were very professional, polite, and I would highly recommend them.

2 months ago we had the central air unit and the coil above the furnace replaced everything with marvelous the guys were punctual respectful friendly and did a **** of a job. Today we have the water heater replaced the gentleman that came was polite very respectful very thorough and very neat. Both times I was very impressed with the service. The price was the price no upselling or weird business they carefully did the job I'm very happy boss lady is very happy which is very important. I left out the money details intentionally because it's subjective to what your budget is and who wants to pay what. I will say this I've used services that gave a better price in the past and regretted it You're going to have the HVAC and water heater a lot longer than they're going to have the money so you want it done right. Not that you should break yourself but there has to be a happy medium because getting it done twice is way more expensive...

Technician/Plumber Nick Drouvalakis did a great job. He arrived on time, was knowledgeable and explained everything in detail, he ensured he cleaned the area after he finished the job. He was also very efficient and focused. I highly recommend Nick Drouvalakis.
