Couldn’t have been better. From setting the appt right on through, first class operation. Bonus is they send you a link to track the technician so you know exactly when they are arriving. I would recommend to anyone.

They were super professional. From the first tech that came out for my service to the air consultant who came out to talk to me about replacing my unit to the installation it was just a great experience. I was having an issue with an odor in my house for the past 2 seasons and suspected my air conditioner - although it was difficult for them to tell they did see even though my unit was cooling it was low on Freon some and dirty so hard to diagnose it needed to be cleaned. It was a little over 15 years old i just felt like it could be the issue so I did it. Best decision I made my old air conditioner when they took it apart and took it out had mold. These guys were so clean professional pleasant - this was the best decision I made. You can’t go wrong with them. I had the best guys for my install they really worked hard - thanks Arctic Air!

Turned out my emergency switch was off (thanks kids). Michael C. was professional and get helpful and did a thorough check on my units. Very pleased!

Excellent service.Problem was diagnosed within 15 minutes. Explained the issue and repair option with me. Used booties every time he came indoors, which was very impressive. Has my A/C running again in under 2 hrs!! Thank You Rob, and Arctic Air. Will definitely keep using your services in the future.

Fred S. from Arctic Air came out quickly and was able to troubleshoot the intermittent problems with my AC. Can’t say enough good things about him. Unfortunately, I need to wait for the company to confirm whether or not the blower motor is under warranty before repairs can be made.

I rarely write reviews but these guys seem worth it. Overall great experience. (As much as that’s strange to write for an hvac visit.) I needed two visits for 2 unrelated issues on 2 units in my home. Very impressed by the professionalism in setting up the appointment, the thoroughness of each technician and their willingness to have me look over their shoulder and explain to me as they performed their work. They didn’t try up up sell me or BS me, which was very much appreciated. They even gave a detailed summary at end of each visit - written in plain English as opposed to just industry jargon.

The cost of repairs was fair comparing to other quotes I received. I’m definitely planning to continue using Arctic Air for my future heating, cooling and plumbing needs.

Michael Carucci was our technician. He was very thorough and evaluated need before repairing. He provided an explanation of what was needed and why as well as what wasn’t needed and why not. He was efficient and thorough.

The Tech Dante arrived at the scheduled time, diagnosed the problem in a very professional manner and corrected the problem quickly.

Kyle came, saw that parts were frozen, said that they'd come back the next day after it thawed to diagnose and fix it, but he said it was likely refrigerant that was needed. Mike (Carmine) came, diagnosed a leak, put in refrigerant, hosed off the a/c unit and did several checks to ensure it was working properly. What made me do a review was that both talked to my home warranty company, which helped me to get reimbursed, both were nice, and Mike in particular thoroughly educated me about my unit and my options so that I can make long term choices, without trying to sell me anything.

We’ve used Arctic before and have been very happy with the work. They were able to schedule us the same day, which was really appreciated because it was 86 degrees in the house. Love their new customer communication service...we got appointment updates via both text and email in real time. Plus the name, rating, and a photo of the service tech was also included. Makes you wonder why all service contractors can’t do this. Kevin was our tech and he was very professional and personable (his rating was 4.8/5, but we’d give him: 5/5!). He figured out the problem right away, took the time to explain it to us, and even though he didn’t have the part on the truck, Arctic sent it over within 10 minutes with another driver! Terrific service, totally impressed us!! Very happy to recommend this company.
