Have been using them for maintenance since they installed both of my HVAC units 5 years ago. They are always on time, complete, clean and polite.

Went well, Anthony arrived within the allotted time and was very knowledgeable and professional. Maintenance was required in heating system and on the humidifier that is attached to the heating system. Filters needed to be changed, the system needed a cleaning, and carbon monoxide indicators needed to be checked as well.

After endless quotes to completely replace my 20-year old split-level HVAC system, I decided to use Arctic Air Conditioning. We use Arctic Air twice a yr - Spring & Fall - every yr! We found them *after* a different co. failed to fix our heat (died mid-winter), PLUS the tech put his foot thru our ceiling (from the attic) & then denied he did it. So, after paying a ridiculous fee for NOTHING & paying to have the ceiling fixed, we got recommendations, checked Yelp reviews & got 3 estimates before hiring Arctic Air and we've been using them ever since because they are 1 - reasonably priced, 2 - customer-focused (they actually contact after servicing to ensure satisfaction! 3 - every tech is extremely professional, friendly & neat. We'd never use any other company.

The service was top-notch, The crew was on time, were all experts in their respective areas, they had all the tools and equipment, the correct product parts and accessories. They were all very courteous and friendly. They were all onsite until the installation was complete, tested, and running to our satisfaction. They answered every question we asked, to our satisfaction, and we had a follow up call from the home office the next day to see if we had and issues, questions, or further needs.

It was a positive experience. Sammy Castro arrived within the appointment window. H was knowledgeable, patient and through. He was a pleasure to deal with. We purchased the maintenance agreement which will save us a little money and give preference for service calls, but repairs could still cost a substantial amount of money.

My mind is at ease since the basement had major cement dust situation during the summer due to construction and I was concerned it might affected operation of the heater. The tech took care of cleaning the heater and servicing the humidifier quickly and professionaly.
