Andres was great. He explained everything clearly , performed the work efficiently and the price was right.

The maintenance work was excellent and the technician was professional and performed some items that other technicians have not performed when maintenance was done in the past.

It went very well. The technician came on time, was friendly, and very efficient. I've never been sorry that I called Arctic Air, for my air/heat service. They keep you posted as to when to expect the technician, which is a great help. It was nice to see that they also are observing the precautions recommended during the current situation.

Arctic Air tech Sammy Castro and his apprentice worked quickly, they came with face masks and wore booties when they entered my home. If not for the used furnace and humidifier filters...you would never have known they were here. Thanks for over 15 years of great service.

Servicing was performed on time within the 1 hour timeline given. An email was also sent just prior to their arrival with the name on the individual performing the service. The Service lasted about 45 minutes. The filter was changed, the air handler ( in attic) was checked for clogging in the tray and was kicked on to ensure unit was working properly. The condensing unit was pressure checked for proper refrigerant level and the unit was brushed, washed and cleaned both outside and inside the unit. The shutoff was also checked and cleaned ( it was full of dead bees from last season). The service was part of a contract to clean and service but AC and furnace.

Very smooth. No snags. All work was preformed in the timeframe contacted. Both crews were quick, professional and mindful of keeping the mess down to a minimum. Work provided was very neat.

Very impressed and pleased with this company. Good people of integrity. Offered a fair price and kept their commitments. I had 4 contractors come bid on the job. Next time I'll short-circiut the process and simply call Arctic Air.

The two technicians were excellent. Mike was one of them. It was a very difficult job for them to work around my existing furnace. They installed all new vents and a new chimney/flue. They were very courteous and respectful. Plus the clean up job was perfect. You never knew they were even there. I would recommend this company and plan on using them again.

Mike explained everything in detail and made sure I understood everything. He was very thorough. I was pleased with his service!

Placed a call to Arctic and had a technician over within two hours after furnace stopped working the night before. Dante, the technician, arrived as scheduled (Arctic is very good about notifications and having technicians call). He listened to my details regarding the issue, and then began the troubleshooting evaluation process. This time around, a supervisor (Herb) actually came by for a "roving site visit" to check on the progress - it's pretty apparent that Arctic has a good technician/supervisor relationship setup and ongoing training. Herb validated Dante's actions and didn't interfere, only adding some pieces of knowledge regarding particular system quirks on my furnace model. The replacement part was in his van inventory, the furnace was repairs and some additional tuning/checks made, and they were on their way back out in under an hour. Overall, very professional and excellent work done. I've been a customer for six years now and would gladly recommend them.

Went great! Furnace inspected! Informed that (while furnace is 14 years old) it appears to be in good condition. Humidifier filter changed!

Analyzed and identified problem quickly. Worked on and fixed blocked sensor. Recommended preventive measures to prevent a repeated trouble.
