Team was great! They were very respectful of health issues related to COVID-19, so wore masks & removed shoes whenever they were in the home. They showed up on time and finished early. Place was well-cleaned before they left. Kudos to Fred and his crew!

EXCELLENT WORK BY Eduardo Rivera the technician - professional, courteous, gentleman. one ac had the refrigerant frozen because there may be a leak.( something new I learned); will be back on Sunday 6/14/2020 to complete. I have been a customer of Artic Air for nearly 14 years. I had a whole house HEPA AIR (99% HOSPITAL CLEAN AIR) filtration put in years ago when my children were young due to there severe allergies. every year the special air filters need to be changed. every 2 years the ultra violet bulbs that kill airborne bacteria need to be replaced. not cheap but worth it today given the COVID-19. ARTIC AIR are true professionals at a reasonable price. you could probably get someone a few dollars cheaper but eh? how comfortable do you want to be for your children and family. I had 2 HEPA WHOLE HOUSE AIR FILTRATION FILTERS REPLACED. I had to replace a Capacitor on 1 a/c replaced - plus tune up charge for 2 a/c units both 3600 plus BTU units. so I knew what I could expect for a bill. I won't divulge $. that is personal information.

My central air conditioning unit stopped working. I called Arctic Air Conditioning and was given an appointment for the following day. Before the arrival of the repair technician, I received a text that he was on the way that included his name and photo. I thought that was great, since I knew exactly who to expect. The technician was polite and professional. He gave a clear explanation of each of my repair options, and quickly completed the one I chose. The cost was very reasonable for the work that was done. I want to add that I am hearing impaired, and repair technician made extra efforts to make sure I understood everything he told me. He was great! I highly recommend Arctic Air Conditioning and will definitely use them again.

We have been using Arctic Air to service our heating & air conditioning unit since 2017 when we purchased our home. Last week we were having a problem where we had no heat. We called Arctic Air, told them our problem. Appointment was set up to check both the heating and air conditioning unit. Today, technician Tony Perriello arrived on time & went directly to work. He quickly identified the problem with the heating unit ... it needed a new pressure switch. I was given a price of what it would cost to order the switch, i immediately accepted & they will be back next week to have it installed. Maintenance was done on the air conditioning, new filters installed and that is working fine. I recommend Arctic Air for your heating & air conditioning services, and the technician Mr. Perrielo, who took the time to explain everything, did not steer me wrong or did he try to over charge me. My husband and I are very pleased & happy customers.
