Arctic Air Conditioning

I use Arctic in the fall to winterize my boiler and in the spring to summarize my AC and I never have a problem. They are friendly, professional and expert at what they do. I very highly recommend them.

Good. Technician was not given complete scope of work but was equipped to get all work done.

Tony performed diagnostics and determined that a new fan motor was needed. UPDATED AS OF 08/07/2020: They replaced central A/C moto, it went very good. Sorry that Tony P. had to endure the 90 degree temperature.

Technicians came to my house to service two air conditioners. They were thorough and explained the units and vent system. They were very knowledgeable and friendly and appreciated the time they took to explain things to me. I look forward to working with them going forward to service my home. I highly recommend them!

Sammy did tests that I never saw the previous company do. He took his time, was very courteous and explained everything. He was also extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely be using Artic Air again.

This is an update for our review dated 10/2/2017. This is very frustrating, and we wanted to give them a second chance. Again, a lack of professionalism. This morning, 7/27/20, we had a maintenance appointment, in which they cancelled an hour beforehand (close to the appointment time) giving the reason that the technician had a family emergency, so we rescheduled. Well, 15 minutes after we hung up the phone, the technician came, and he had no idea about a family emergency 🤨. He called the main office to confirm where he was supposed to be, and even said to them "Well, I've driven all the way to Bradley Beach, I'm here now." and was willing to complete the maintenance check but they would not let him. Clearly, they were willing to make up a lie, and move our appointment instead of being honest with us. Unreliable company and they lack integrity in their work or professionalism. Go somewhere else.

Old R-22 unit not worth charging. Arranged for new system to be installed. I know others that have used Artic Air and have been very happy with their service. We were very pleased with Kyle the service tech who checked our unit and Jessica the sales coordinator who set up our sales appointment. Paid for service call which will be deducted from cost estimate for new system.

Prompt. Difficult to diagnosis due to intermittent nature but they were here same day and stayed till comfortable it was remediated.
