The service tech performed the work in a total professional way. Performed a complete analysis of my furnace to ensure all was well. Was extremely friendly and took the time to respond to all my questions. I recommend arctic air to anyone seeking hvac work!

The overall quality of service provided by the company, from the sales representative to the technician, was excellent. The technician, Quinn, showed up at the designated time. He diagnosed the problem quickly. He returned and installed the new control board within 3 hours of ordering the part.

Kyle Bowlin is the name of the tech that came to service my system. Very professional and answered all my questions. Wore his mask the whole time. Also wore shoe covers. I had heard good things about Arctic Air so I decided to call them to check my A/C system. Scheduling an appointment was straight forward, and I didn’t have to wait more than a few days for my non-emergency appointment. Up front I was told the price of the service call. Both times I called their office a friendly and helpful representative promptly answered the phone. A text message with name and photo alerted me to the arrival of the technician, who checked my system and made suggestions. I am very pleased with Arctic Air and plan to call them for future service and when I am ready to replace my unit.

Very well. Technician worked quickly and was very pleasant and helpful. Answered all my questions and walked me through use of the new thermostat as he programmed it for me.

Other than "Putting a dehumidifier in the basement will help", there was no other scientific explanation provided for sweaty ducts, nor was there any diagnostics done on the HVAC unit itself. Moreover, the service fee was higher than competitors. The technician was very pleasant and professional though.
