Description of Work: On of the most professional and courteous companies I have ever dealt with. From the estimate to scheduling to completion everything went smooth. They are thorough and their workers are professional. They even clean up after themselves! They even helped me through the inspection process. I highly recommend calling Arctic Air first, don't waste time calling anyone else.

Description of Work: I was interested in purchasing a condo the home inspection people stated their might be an issue with the hvac system. I had Artic air come out and take a look at the system. Tony was very professional and said even though old I just need a service/,maintenance. I did not need to have it replaced. Very professional and seemed trust worthy.

Description of Work: The upstairs air-conditioning unit wasn't cooling because the unit was frozen. The service tech quickly resolved the problem, and came back the next day to add freon. They were professional, and reasonably priced.

My technician did advise you that the leak may be in the coil, but due to the change of refrigerants and laws changing advised you that it is best to get an estimate to replace the system. Dan gave you an option to change the coil and/or changing the entire system. Please understand that we are here to give choices, but can not tell you which route to choose. Description of Work: I was absolutely amazed with the fast response to my phone call - it was 'after hours' - and they still returned my call within 10 minutes. The gentleman who called assisted us with determining the problem and sent his service representative to our home within an hour. I couldn't be more pleased! I do have additional work to do in my home and will absolutely call on them to do it. I highly recommend Artic Air!

Not good news
Description of Work: Came to check non-operating central air system. Said could not be fixed and would need to replace 6 year old A/C unit. Approx. $5500.00 for new system. Went and bought 2 window units that cool whole house. When I have an extra $5500 I'll rethink this or when I sell the house.

We gave the homeowner options to replace his whole system and figured it would be his best option. We then followed up with him to replace just the outside unit, which is a very viable option as well. He was very thankful that we called him back to explore other options and he is going to be selling the house in the next couple of years. We always give our customers a bunch of options to choose from and then can decide which is the best for their home.

Fantastic job as always.
Description of Work: Arctic Air Conditioning put in our heating and air conditioning units and I was beyond pleased by their work performance years ago. I have had them continue to come out yearly to provide ac/heating maintenance. This was the annual service call for the a/c and they once again did a fantastic job. The service tech showed up on time, was polite and thoroughly explained everything.
