Ampol was helpful and very thorough.

It was done beautifully. My house looks much nicer now and the steps will last for a long time. It took a bit longer than they first estimated but it was well worth it. They communicated well and did all I requested. The price was exactly what they quoted which was very reasonable.

They are the best! They minimize the mess, which is not always easy with stone work, and are on time, professional, and fairly priced, considering the great work. My neighbors on both sides have also hired this company because of the good work they did on my house. Cannot recommend them any stronger!

It went well, and I am happy with the work. The worksite wasn't prestine, but as concrete work goes, it was relatively clean after the job was done. He also had the best price.

Initial consultation was in October. I was pleased with the way it was explained to me how the repairs would be performed. I wanted the repairs to be completed as soon as possible (before the approaching winter season). Mid-November timeframe was agreed upon and work began on 11/16 and lasted 2.5 days. Communication and responsiveness were both very good and I was introduced to the workers who were courteous and professional. All debris was cleaned up and I am quite satisfied with the overall progression and completion of this project.

Once we decided to go with his company, he gave us a book to look through to choose our pavers. Also told us where we could see the pavers in person. We signed the contract on 5/27 and he started our job on 6/03. They removed our concrete patio, which was approximately 19' x 30', installed the pavers, and cleaned up all debris on work site upon completion. The workers were very professional and always showed up on time. The job was completed in a week. They did a beautiful job. We've gotten many compliments on our new patio. Ryders Masonry used to be called Father and Son Masonry. I found them through Angie's List.

Prompt return of calls, visit for estimate, time he said he would start. Owner Tom even called to confirm estimate appointment and start of the job. He took about 2 months before he began, but we agreed on that date and he stuck to it. Very professional, courteous, good clean up by his workers and at a fair price compared to others. I wish more contractors were like him. Business is now known as Ryder Masonry.

He came quickly to give us a quote and his price was about 40% less than the next highest. The work was performed on schedule with no problems. The work is very nice and we are completely satisfied

I had to wait 9 months for him to free up...he thought it would be 5 months..but the wait was worth it. Suggested ways to upgrade the look of the front porch which I would never have thought of. Helped me to find good local suppliers so I could choose the stone I wanted. Once he was ready to do the job, he was very responsive and responsible. The work was done well and close to the estimate.

Everything was really good. They came at the time they said they would and got it done when they said they would. They did a good job and I was very happy with it.

Short version: From start to finish, this was a good experience. I would recommend Tom to anyone. Tom called based on my initial request within a couple of hours, and came out to give us a quote later the same day. This blew me away especially because we were at least 20 miles away. Tom understood the requirements we had, offered some suggestions as to how it might come together better, worked consistently on the job, came in on the estimate price, and met all the requirements. When we encountered dry-rot behind the original steps, we worked together to address this, so it was not an issue. There was a minimum of disruption associated with the construction, which was important in a community of town-homes.

They gave us a very good and fair price. They did an awesome job with no problems and I was very satisfied. The guy that came worked very hard and cleaned up well. He was professional, courteous, and was able to answer all of my questions. I would recommend them.

HE WAS VERY GOOD. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO EVERYONE WITH NO HESITATION. HE DID NOT SHOW UP ON THE FIRST DAY THAT HE WAS SUPPOSED TO, BUT HE HAD A VERY GOOD REASON FOR THAT. WE WAS VERY FRIENDLY.
