Description of Work: This was the third time I used them for 3 different services in a 2 year period--the first was for my central air unit--second was for my furnace and the third was for my basement faucet. Mike came out all three times--he got my 30 year old air conditioner and furnace working immediately and both are still functioning perfectly. We sent him a picture of the basement faucet and he came with a brand new one--the exact same model-- and did the repair without changing anything else. He came highly recommended from a family member who used their services and I have also recommended him to people I know.

Description of Work: Did not get prompt follow up from vendor. Did not call when they said they would. When we finally spoke they did not seem clear on the cost estimate or materials which would be used. Cancelled appointment and found someone local to do the job at same price.
