A total disaster. Cost over $2,000 and the unit was not repaired. Only after we spent that much on about a half-dozen service visits did they mention that they had an expert on our type of refrigerator that they could send. Along the way they installed parts that they later said were defective, we had the smell of smoke coming out of the unit one night and had to pull the plug, and an authorized serviceman from the manufacturing company came and said that the unit had become contaminated because not all the right parts had been replaced. The owner threatened to sue us if we wrote negative reviews. Offered only a $500 refund which we have not yet received. One star because zero is not allowed.

I called them at 8 o' clock in the morning and at ten fifteen my dryer was fixed. It was unbelievable. I'd never had anything like that in my life. I use them again in a heartbeat. I would definitely recommend them because of their service and the way they handle themselves. They come and they get the job done. You're not waiting around for a week and a half.
