+ -1 moreVery disappointed. (See above). Tom Brent stated that the work was oer than he was able to do. He did not personally get under the house: initially, he had sent his helper. But when the time came to do the work he determined that he could not do it after all.
Description of Work: Tom Brent was hired to do the piers under house which were damaged in storm Irene. He came two weeks ago and was supposed to start the work. He left a message on my phone and said that he was unable to do the work after all. This, after many months of trying to obtain help. He waited until I had paid for the required construction permit.
