 + -1 moreMy entire experience was wonderful. I spoke with a representative, who forwarded me to a technician and I got a call-back in less than 5 minutes. I was directed to send pictures of the door in question and I was quoted over the phone and told that a tech could be to me in an hour. I didn't get the tech's name, but he was amazing! He was extremely professional and was very thorough with the installation. I would highly recommend this company and will hire them again if we need more services!
