Description of Work: Price was actually the highest of 3 written quotes. I thought you get what you pay for- so I went ahead with paying a premium. I asked for a “labor only” quote, but then was told that extra would be charged for installation of a water membrane and garbage disposal. All other contracts include this as part of the job. I ultimately paid what I had signed/ agreed to pay. But caveat emptor! Although I purchased the premium thinset to be used, roughly 22 tiles of the 150 used had to be replaced because they were hollow. Job appeared to be rushed as the original tile job had lippage and then I discovered hollow tiles. Enrique manages the paperwork and subcontracts the work out- so make sure you know the actual contractor assigned to the job. The actual contractor makes a huge difference with making sure everything is done right.

+ -1 moreHenrique gave a very fair and complete estimate including options. As we were in the midst of various other home projects we had to reschedule the start date for this project a couple times. Henrique was very flexible and his crew was very timely and thorough.

+ -1 moreFantastic. We did a whole kitchen remodel that included removal of walls and required new flooring in sections. These guys are artists. No one can tell where the old hardwood floor was and the new begins. I won’t put a area rug down because I don’t want to cover up the beautiful wood.
