I called for an estimate and Ruby sent out Eddie to do the estimate for me. Once I agreed to the estimate, United Home Remodeling advised me to make the check out to another company who actually performed the work. The other company did a terrible job.

First of all you never contracted to do any work with our company. We referred a contractor to you. All your estimates and signed contracts were not with our company and all your checks were made directly to them.. The company we referred to you was licensed and insured. If you have an issue with them you need to resolve it with them not with us. If you were not happy with the work, and they didn't do what you agreed on why did you pay them and why did it take you over 10 months to realize that they charged you for more work than they did ? I personally reviewed your estimate and no waterproofing job was part of your contract. They did make up an estimate for you to do a waterproofing job, but you never had it done. I have an email from you varifying that. If they won't respond to you I told you that you should call the dept of consumer affairs and contact their insurance company. You were fully aware, before posting this negative feedback that this company never contracted to do any work for you, but you chose to post it anyway.
