Description of Work: He cleaned up the computer, got rid of bugs, scanned for viruses, cookies, installed a different e-mail system. On-Site runs coupons in The Coaster(weekly newspaper) frequently and they have been known to honor a coupon after it has expired. We wouldn't use any other computer service. They have a shop in Ocean Grove where you can drop off your electronic device for repair or evaluation if you prefer. They are honest, knowledgeable and professional.

 + -1 moreThey were very accommodating with my simple request. I didn't have access to a fax machine or a printer but I forwarded my document to their account, I signed it, then they faxed it. They could have charged me but they didn't, and I thought that was quite nice.

Description of Work: Brought my computer for repair. The tech discovered that the computer was still under warrenty. Diagnosed the problem, which would have been very costly to repair and returned the computer to me so I could obtain free warrenty repairs. All for a very modest service charge. These guys are great!! Highly recommended.

 + -1 moreWe have three computers on an in-home network, only one was getting on the internet. The technician first checked for possible viruses, spyware, and set up problems but didn't find any. He then brought in a new router that he had on his truck and that did the trick.
