I called and left a message at 11:15pm and got a return call the next morning at 7:43am. Tom came to repair it at 7:50am. He replaced the computer board. It was truly amazing and extremely professional.

Call ulmers at 8 am and they were at my door my 830. Tech took apart the washer and had it running in 10 min. Great service will use again.

Called in the morning reporting that my washer wasn't draining. Tom arrived shortly after the call. Fixed the problem and was on his way. He was friendly and very professional. The next day I noticed that my dryer vent was leaking air.I thought the vent tubing needed to be replaced.Tom checked the problem and identified that the problem wasn't needing new tubing but that the vent was the problem. He referred me to someone who could help with redirecting the vent. He gets an A+++ his honesty.

I left a morning message and received a call back within 20 minutes. Tom was very professional and courteous. He asked what time for repair was good for me and he accomodated my work schedule. He was at my house in 2 hours; he gave me a call just before arriving. He was at my house approx. 20 min. He explained, although I clear lint catch with every use, I need to wash it occasionally to prevent dryer from detecting slow air flow. He charged $80 +tax. ( I did not think to ask if this was a hourly or 1/2 hour rate, so I can't comment on price). The fact he was so quick to respond and arrive, I will definitely use his service again.

I called at 7 AM when my refrigerator/freezer had stopped working. Tom was at my house by 7:20 AM and completed the repair by 7:40 AM. It was amazing. And I did not have to buy a new refrigerator.

He suggested several things to check and one of them worked so he didn't need to come out.

I called at 2:33 pm and the Service guy indicated that he was right around the corner and he was. The call was complete and he was on his way at 3:00 pm with the washer working fine. We were thrilled. Could not have gone better.

Made appointment for Friday morning. Repairman did not show up until 3:00 PM. That was the only issue. Once here, the repairman immediately identified the problem and fixed it in less than half an hour. $130 for less than a half hour of labor and no parts seems high, but someone with less experience may have been here for hours and started replacing parts that weren't needed. I would use this service again. Giving a B rating only because I had to wait 7 hours for repairman to show up

Mr. Ulmer found the problem was a filter that was not allowing air to circulate. He also was able to fix the icemaker from making a dozen or so ice cubes a day to producing the full amount of ice cubes

I call Ulmer repair this morning and a repair man came this afternoon. The service was professional and quick. He diagnosed the problem as something in the drain pump. He took apart the pump and fixed the problem on the spot. I am very pleased with the job.

I contacted the company and the respones was favorable. The appliance was located in my residence at the shore and I had to set up a time for the appointment. I was advised to call when I was about 15 miles from the property and he answered promply. He had arrived and had started the repair just a little before I arrived. It went rather quickly and he explained what he thought caused the problem and made suggestions about the future use of the dryer. I was please with the service but taken aback by the $110.00 service charge. The belt was a little over $15.00 plus tax.

They are excellent. They are quick. They are truthful about you appliance's. They are very responsive. They are reasonable.
