+ -1 moreWell, I assume the leak is gone. Only two months after the most recent roof repair, a roof shingle has blown off. I am thoroughly disgusted! Unfortunately, the shingles are covered by the warranty but not the installation!!!!! I cannot in good conscience EVER recommend Shore Siding to anyone!
Description of Work: I had my roof replace by Shore Siding in 2000. I bought the 25 year architectural shingles from GAF. I've had nothing but problems since, however the problems took years to appear. It was repaired more than once and in different areas of the roof. As it turns out, flashing was not placed in critical areas causing slow leaks inside my house. Flashing was not placed around my skylights resulting in leakage in my hall bathroom and my stairwell. Most recently, I went into my garage which I rarely do, and smell a musty, mildew smell. After looking around and finding nothing, I looked up. It's a high ceiling. Lo and behold, I had a huge portion of the ceiling sagging and covered in mold with water stains on the wall perpendicular to it! I called them AGAIN to come out. They did come out. I now had a leak coming from the dormer window above my garage and when the shingles were peeled back, there was a good three inches of water just lying on the wood. I was told that the window sat too far down on the roof, however, I was NOT told that when Shore Siding replaced the roof to begin with!

He was okay either way whether I wanted him to do the work or not. He was very professional. He gave me a bunch of different options that I could go through. He came over in the morning and his quote was in my inbox by 1 o' clock. He went home and gave it right back to me that day.
Description of Work: I used Shore Siding Inc for an estimate for repairing a fiber glass porch repaired.

Description of Work: I would definitely recommend Shore Siding and Giancarlo. We had siding, new decks, doors, windows and vinyl railings all done by Shore Siding in 2010. The work was done exactly as promised. We then used them again the following spring to install 2 Anderson sliding doors and they installed them again as promised and for an excellent price. They were easy to deal with and their prices were very good. Giancarlo was responsive to any questions or concerns that we had and his team did a fine job.
