"We aim to bring our customers professionalism, the best quality and speedy service. When this customer left us a voicemail, we returned the call shortly thereafter. The customer stated that unfortunately they had already taken their screens to a local hardware store and that they didn't need our services. An hour later, the customer called us back, to say, "The hardware store doesn't repair screens anymore." We agreed to meet the customer at their home in 10 minutes. We kept our word and met the customer in 10 minutes and made the screen repair. So, the numerical review for this customer is somewhat baffling. Nevertheless; we will continue to"
