We would like to compliment Mario Tridente and Shore Points Construction OC for the superlative job they did on our recent bathroom remodel. Mario was with us every step of the way; assisting us in selecting materials and colors and accompanying us when we went to make the purchases. His work crews were punctual, efficient and did excellent work. Mario came by the house almost every day to check on progress and to make sure we were happy with the way everything was going (we were). In addition to the rest of the work we had a somewhat difficult special request that Mario was able to research and resolve to our satisfaction. We'd also like to add that the job was finished ahead of schedule. This is our second remodeling experience with Shore Points OC and both times we were totally satisfied with the results and would recommend them to others without hesitation. If you are planning on having work done it would be well worth your while to consider Shore Points OC.

From start to finish all went smoothly when having our front steps replaced. Mario answered all our questions and replied in a timely manner. His workers showed up on time, were very professional and cleaned up every day. We will need additional work done in the near future and look forward to working with Mario again. Shore Points Construction, specifically Mario and his crew, just completed a 2nd floor deck rebuild and a 12x 24 paver patio on our home at the Avalon Links. Throughout the process Mario and his workers have been a pleasure to deal with; professional and courteous. Mario suggested ways to save money without affecting the quality of the job. He negotiated reasonable pricing and completed the work in less than two weeks under a Memorial Day weekend timeline. The quality and craftsmanship of Shore Points Construction is second to none. I would rate them higher than a five if I could.

Shore Points replaced our back deck and remodeled our master bathroom. Both projects were completed in a timely manner and met our expectations. Mario and Fred were easy to work with. They listened to our desires and concerns while offering great suggestions and ideas. Eli Tile and Marble tiled the shower and bathroom floor. They did amazing work. Incredible workmanship. The plumber, carpenters, and electricians (Buck’s) all did outstanding work. We weren’t totally thrilled with the bathroom paint job but it isn’t anything that my wife can’t fix. We will definitely be using Shore Points for future projects.

Mario Tridente and Fred Quigley and the team at Shore Points Construction quite literally “saved the day” for us. We were faced with major structural damage to the entire front of a two-story condo in Ocean City. Mario and Fred provided a detailed action plan to address the significant water damage, completely rebuilt two decks and replaced the vinyl siding. Additionally, wiring, switches and outlets that suffered from water damage needed to be replaced and brought up to code. The pricing was fair, and the workmanship was first-class. The result is a brand-new front of the building that is structurally sound and looks amazing. Mario, Fred, and Eve were a pleasure to work with throughout this project. They are responsive, provide frequent updates on progress and are very straightforward with their assessments and recommendations. They provided the guidance, expertise and professionalism needed to get us through this difficult project. Without question we would wholeheartedly recommend Shore Points Construction and plan to work with them again on a kitchen remodel.

Shore Points Construction completed a deck, and also arranged to have a new fence installed at our property in Ocean City NJ. Mario and Fred, along with every single other worker that were involved in these projects were amazing. After the initial consult we received what I considered to be a very reasonable estimate, and within a few short days they began the deck project and it was completed on time and within budget. The finished product far exceeded our expectations and we could not be happier with how great the Deck looks. If you are looking for an "old school" construction company, that takes pride in their work, does all that they can to give you what you want, Shore Points is for you. Every worker that was on site was not only professional, but they are ALL true craftsman and carpenters. Some of the finish work they did, again exceeded our expectations. The area that they worked was cleaner after the project than before. Mario also arranged for a fence company to work with us, and that worked out great as well. We would highly recommend Shore Points Construction for all of your home projects, big and small.

Mario, Fred, and Eve were great to work with. The original project had to be expanded after they started working and uncovered more damage than originally expected. We also had work with the zoning board to address the handicap ramp requirement and placement options. The quality of the work is very high. The level of communication is very high. The transparency and fairness of the pricing was very good. The openness to add-on projects was great. Overall, they helped us complete all the work on schedule and to our satisfaction despite several issues that had to be addressed. I was also able to communicate by text, email, and video chat which helped me a lot because I do not live near the property.

Our new bathroom looks great! Mario and Eve were great to work with; communication was excellent. Mario listened carefully from the initial meeting, and presented us with a well-detailed estimate. Co-ordinating the different services (demolition, plumbing, construction, electrical, painting) could have created a nightmare, but Mario kept it surprisingly well ordered. I would recommend Shore Points Construction to anyone!

This is the second time that we’ve used Shore Points Construction. The first time was when they did an amazing transformation of our kitchen and family room. They did a complete reno of our master bath and everything in the pics is new. Mario and the team are outstanding. Their pricing is fair. They show up when they say they will. They work fast. They do terrific work, but most of all they are honest, trustworthy, and just great people to work with. Work with Mario and his team and you won’t regret it.

Once permits were finalized, it went well, despite some delays with subcontractors.

My property is more than 100 years old, and the team successfully navigated through many unique and challenging situations. I was kept up to date and was included in the decision process. It went fantastic. They were incredible from day one. It's really hard to find an honest contractor who shows up to work on time does great work and communicate with the customer. This company was all of that!!

It went great! Smoother than I ever thought it would be!! The quality is outstanding and they were so nice and professional. They even tolerated my crazy dog! Shore Points Construction did an excellent job rebuilding and resurfacing my first floor deck and stairs. The new deck and stairs look incredible and the craftmanship is first rate. They were able to address problems with my old deck quickly to keep the project moving and completed in a timely manner. They also were very responsive and flexible with my design requests including building beautiful access gates for storage underneath the deck. I plan to use them for future projects and will recommend them to family and friends.

The job was professional and the workmanship was excellent. The staff was helpful in getting information and following up on details. The men were skilled craftsmen who worked together in an organized manner. They started the job and there were no delays and worked until completed. They were neat and saw that everything was cleaned up before they left each evening. Look forward to having them do more work in my home and would highly recommend the company.

The entire crew From Mario, Fred, Brian and especially Eve were total professionals. The experience from the estimate to the completion couldn’t have been easier. We are very happy with them and their work and will use them for future renovations.

It went great! Mario was terrific about responding to texts, stayed on top of the job from start to finish, had great ideas for the project, and hired really talented people for the job. In this day and age where so many contractors have ghosted me or just not responded at all, it was a pleasure to work with Mario who followed through on all his promises and commitments. When issues came up during construction, he addressed them promptly and 100% to my satisfaction. Thanks so much for a great experience. Wish I could take him and his team back to Texas with us!

From the first phone call to the last nail to the last stroke of paint Mario and company exceeded our exspectations. Great communication, coordination, craftmanship (Dan the man was outstanding), again greaat quality and fair pricing.

I recently bought a condo in Avalon, NJ. There is an upper and lower deck that was very old and the wood was in bad shape. I contacted Shore Point and they quickly provided me with a very professional invoice estimate. The project was supposed to take 5 days which was right before i had guests coming. Mario (who is great) called me On a Monday to say they were starting, Tuesday he texted me pictures of the steps that were completely rotted, and Tuesday night to my surprise the project was complete with pictures to show. Mario was concerned with me having guests come in that he wouldn’t finish so he had more workers on the job. This has been one of my best experiences with a contractor especially with me not being there. Giving 5 stars only because 10 is not an option. Highly recommend and will use again

Project was started and completed in a timely fashion. Timely completion of our project was a major consideration for hiring Shore Point Construction. I am happy to report that they delivered as promised. Our project was extensive in scope, requiring numerous helical support posts for the deck extension and critical architectural details for the wheelchair vertical platform lift cutout preparation. Attention to detail and daily updates were key elements to the successful completion of our project. Professionalism and excellent craftsmanship were clearly evident throughout the project.
