We had our old wood deck replaced with Wolf Serenity Decking. The railings and the gate are white vinyl. It was finished off with white azek to complete the trim underneath and around the entire deck. It's beautiful. The crew arrived on time every morning and worked the whole day. They were polite, organized and neat. When they left at night, there was no mess left behind. They completed the job in 2 1/2 days. I would definitely call them again when I need other projects done. Very happy.

Mario and his crew were great. He came quickly to assess safety of decks, provided quote and invoice quickly and completed repairs timely for a 2 story deck which was unsafe due to deteriorating supports. I knew he was very busy with other work but he was able to make the repair happen very quickly and the finished projuct looks great

Shore Point did an excellent job on a difficult deck and chimney repair. Their Representative, Mario, was great, alway responsive and very knowledgeable. We would definitely refer them to anyone needing construction work completed.

It is always nice dealing with an owner that has insights into what makes sense in a project. While there are always unplanned areas in a project, being able to trouble shoot things because we didnt know until we "opened it up" and then provide various solutions (not just one, but many solutions) so one could choose what was the best option. Money is always a factor in some decisions but not always. Our end result of the project is the WOW factor and it took us from the older brick face front to the azek wrapped columns and the black spindles with storage under the steps and new deck and staircases for my upstairs neighbor. Most people think it is a new house.

Working with Shore Points was overall a great experience, start to finish. During the first house visit to assess the scope of work, Mario and Fred brought multiple trades to coordinate the work necessary and its costs. They were serious and ready to work with us from the first instant. During the reno, Mario and Fred were easy to communicate with and straight forward about the work happening. They remained flexible as plans evolved. Their crew was also great—respectful and hard working. All the rooms they worked on, including our master bath, kitchen and living room were full gut renovations and they turned out beautifully. We would highly recommend Shore Points to anyone tackling a reno project of any scale.

It went great overall. There were some expected delays due to holidays and illness. Mario always kept in communication and sent us pictures of each step. We have never had a contractor who was dependable and did quality work like Mario, especially in Ocean City where it is difficult to even get a contractor to come back to do the work. From the very beginning, Mario always had our safety in mind when he built the deck according to an architects plans.

The work was done timely and professionally. They cleaned up on a daily basis. Mario always returned our calls and addressed all concerns that we had.

We recently hired Shore Points Construction to remodel our kitchen at our shore house, including all new flooring into the family room. Mario was a pleasure to work with. He communicated with us throughout the project, answering any questions we had promptly, and making some great suggestions without pushing us to add anything to the project. He would send us pictures of the progress along the way. Shore Points also surrounds themselves with good, quality subcontractors. For example, Mike at Shellwood Kitchens was wonderful to work with when selecting cabinets and countertops. Also, the carpenter, Brian, did fantastic work installing our cabinets, flooring, and trim. Mario was fair in his pricing and we always felt like he had our best interests in mind. We will have more projects in the future and will definitely use Shore Points again. A++

Excellent. I got all the help I needed without having to pester. The owner was responsive and extremely helpful. The manager was attentive, prompt and kind. Overall a wonderful experience. Everyone was friendly and had a highly professional attitude. I would certainly recommend to anyone!

Mario and his crews did EXCELLENT work. The new HVAC system is much more comfortable than the old system, and much quieter. mario also did some interior trim work as ducts were relocated, and that also looks GREAT!

Mario was great - he called me back within 15 minutes of my initial phone call and came to the house later that afternoon to look at my windows, which were rotting and needed to be replaced. He was very easy to work with and very fairly priced. He did a great job and I felt lucky to have found him. I would definitely hire him again if I need more work done.

We needed to greatly enlarge and remodel our tiny master suite bathroom, by taking over and incorporating the adjacent walk-in closet. Shore Points and my wife & I created a plan, but there were unforeseen obstacles - behind walls & beneath sub-flooring - that had to be dealt with as they arose. Mario, owner of Shore Points, was masterful in coming up with solutions and guiding me to make the right decisions. He and his subs were a pleasure to work with, and the final result was spectacular. A crew of men showed up and started work and they worked every day until completed. The workers were first class and courteous. When the job was finished it was absolutely perfect. Highly recommend.

Shore Points Construction- The BEST!! We had an old deck removed and a new one installed by Shore Points. The owner Mario and his assistant Fred came out and spent a great deal of time designing our new deck. They had material samples and answered all of our questions. We scheduled and their men were prompt, courteous and very professional. The new deck is exceptional!! It is many steps above the run of the mill that other contractors were suggesting. Their pricing was competitive and worth every cent. We are enjoying our deck so much and would recommend that you use this company for any of your construction needs. We will be calling them back in the future for other projects.

Mario and his crew came out to our home and assessed the situation. They recommended replacing the steps with a newer material which would last for years to come. They did a fantastic job on the steps and railings. In addition, we had them install a gate at the top of the stairs which added safety and an excellent appearance to the front entrance. To prevent further damage to the steps and deck, he recommended that we install a gutter system above the deck to manage the water flow below. They matched the existing gutter color and appearance of the property. We would highly recommend them for your exterior work.

It went great. The bathrooms look amazing. We asked to have the ceilings raised in 2 of the bathrooms as well as to go into a few closets to expand the size of the master. Mario and his team did a great job! Mario was always very responsive and had great ideas when needed for certain areas of the remodel. His pricing is fair and he did a great job keeping the project moving with electricians, plumbers, painters etc.. His recommendations for tile and accessories were also great. The ladies at Weinsteins and Coast Tile were very helpful. I would highly recommend him for your project.
