Russ was very friendly and helpful addressing the needs of the remodel. He was always prompt returning my calls and easy to work with. He and his team worked within the parameters of the condo association rules and regulations. He always left the condo and property clean after working on it. Russ did a great job and worked with me to ensure he understood my vision of the remodel and offered suggestions. The condo looks beautiful and updated. I would definitely hire him again.

Absolutely perfect. Russ and his team were very professional and respectful,especially during COVID. They showed up when they were supposed to. Never complained if they had to work late. Or if a delivery wasn’t on time. I would give them 11 on a 1-10 scale. Would definitely hire them again. They worked with my idea without having seen or done a job like this before. All Russ cared about was making us happy. Nothing was too much to do. A very rare quality . When the job was finished I felt like friends were leaving. Project was a total gut/renovation of a 2 bedroom condo. Excellent craftsmanship by russ and his crew. No one does what they do and they do it all. I give them nothing but positive reviews. Russ was always available and inspected every job. He completed within budget and on time. Every suggestion he made was for my benefit and I'm glad he made them.

It went so well I felt it was one of the best decisions I have ever made .

They did an outstanding job which surpassed our expectations. This bathroom stands out from the other rooms in the home. Since it is an older property they found that there were multiple layers of tile to remove and the base floor was rotted. Even though they did not estimate for this, the total costs remained the same. They also went above and beyond in retrofitting the vanity we purchased to fit the plumbing in our bathroom. Outstanding experience.

Russ will present himself as a nice long term resident of Cape May county who is a successful contractor and property manager. It is hard not to like him and to trust him. Do not be fooled. He is not reliable, has poor judgement and cannot be counted on to identify and solve a problem. Instead there are excuses and added expenses that come along with his "reliable" services.

Russ presents himself as a very likable man sharing his story of being a long time local contractor with a successful contracting business. Over the course of many failed attempts I finally came to the realization that Russ had no idea where my leak was coming from or how to repair it. Unfortunately, this was after allowing him to do a lot of work on my home to guess where it might be and then only to hear an excuse every time it returned. During the process he was rarely on time, would frequently drop off an unqualified worker and leave him unsupervised for hours and never take responsibility for the leak coming back. Ultimately, all of his poor workmanship needed to be undone and replaced by another contractor but I am happy to say my leak is now gone.

It was horrible. This company and their owner, Russ Pagano, is a fraud, liar, and a thief. The signed contract said the work was to be completed by June 2013. It was the end of September 2013 and the work was still not completed. I ended up firing him from the job. Russ never completed any work. He instead subcontracted all the work. He then took no responsibility for the finished work or issues. He continually blamed others. He also never brought his own tools to the work site. He used my husband's tools. I do not recommend anyone else use this company. We spent $23,000 with Russ' company and still have a kitchen to finish. We also had to pay for electricians to come in.
