+ -1 moreDelivery person informed us that existing bolts could not be used on the headboard, so headboard could not be attached to frame. He informed us that we would have to go out and purchase bolts and attach the frame to the headboard ourselves. I phoned Johnson regarding this. A sales person apologized but said there was nothing he could do. He would bring it to management’s attention next week.
Description of Work: Delivery and set up of 2 queen size mattress, box spring and frames.

+ -1 moreWe feel we got very good advice from our salesperson. He described possible features for each appliance, and we were able to intelligently pick the ones that met our needs. They held appliances for us for an extensive period of time until our contractor was ready for installation, and they held the prices for us. We really appreciated their flexibility since they must have been dealing with a lot of Hurricane Sandy remodels. We wanted to shop local, not at the big retail chains like Lowe's, because we wanted the personal service, and we were not disappointed. We probably paid a little more, but it was worth it to have the personal and ongoing advice.
Description of Work: We purchased all condo remodel appliances from Johnson's. They were installed by our private remodeling contractor. This included a stacking full-size washer and dryer, huge refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, range, and microwave. Johnson's is one of the only appliance vendors in our small town, other than the big box stores like Lowe's that are the next town over.
