CLEAN SWEEP SVC

First couple of times were ok. After that they barely cleaned. Never picked things up when cleaning, just dusted around things on counters and tables. We live in a four bedroom, four bath house. Sometimes they were finished in less then an hour. Complained once and a new team was sent. No better. Finally decided cleaning service was not the way to go.

I cannot say enough about the cleaning; it was better than any cleaning service company that I have had in many, many years. I feel that I can rely on this company and that they will take care of what I need and do the job thoroughly. When they do a complete cleaning they really do make the house as clean as if I did it myself and with a with a lot of care and attention to detail. For ourselves and for company, I am reassured that the cleaning will put us at ease. Nothing was missed; even the kitchen sink was cleaned and wiped dry; also the coffee pot, counters, cabinet doors. My son and his wife just gave us a gift certificate at Christmas for 2 complete cleanings. We can also use this certificate for many other services such as taxi pick-up, grocery shopping, snow shoveling, window washing and much, much more. If you can think of something to be done Clean Sweep most surely will have a service to accomplish the job. It's about knowing that you can be cared for in your own home.

They did okay. They were very thorough. I would probably not use them again in the future, just because they were a little expensive.

The house was immaculate. They cleaned baseboards bath rooms. Three of them. Dusted and the kitchen sparkled.

Service was good until one Saturday when I stopped at the property by accident and found the property not cleaned at all. I called the owner who rushed over and cleaned the property before my renters checked in. Found out that the regular cleaner had a bad night and was too tired to clean my property. After that I was forced to inspect the property every Saturday until the end of the season. Needless to say I didn't use them again.
