Incredibly unprofessional. He kept asking me to repeat myself because he couldn't hear...which I did, and then when I asked what his service charge ($150) included, he told me I talked him out of the sevice altogether. I'm sorry, what?! That's a simple request and any "professional" should have no problem answering that legitimate question. If you're interested in a plumber in Ocean City, NJ, my advice would be to not waste your time (or money) with a company that doesn't take the time to answer legitimate questions about what their charges include.

During hurricane Sandy, our heating and air conditioning system was completely wiped out when the water came into our house and they replaced it. They also replaced all the duct work under the house. They replaced all the fittings for the toilets as they were destroyed as well. I have been using them for about fifteen years. They were very reasonable in price. They have been around for a long time. They are a terrific company.

I called this individual based on the List's rating, but it turned out I was too far from him for him to do the job. However, Mr. Palermo took the time to talk about my problem with me and offered some good advice as well as references for plumbers in the area. If I ever could use his services, I would not hesitate to do so...

He got the job done very quickly and efficiently. He also was able to come out the next morning after I called him. He was very courteous and friendly. I liked how he was able to get the job done all in a matter of four days.
