All Mechanical and Property Maintenance

All Mechanical and Property Maintenance was recommended by our realtor. Our summer rental had some problems the tenants had complained about. The ac was not working properly, several handles on a cabinet were lose, the bath tub drain was clogged and screen was torn. The owner quickly called me and discussed the problems. He made arrangements to go into the property when the tenants were happy. He went and did a quick evaluation and then called me to discuss price and repairs. The same day the repairs were made and an invoice was both texted and emailed to me. I would highly recommend them.
